We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is large and has a hot spring bath, but unfortunately I didn't bring my swimsuit. The environment is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good. The beach is just across the street, making it a great place for a vacation.

Everything was perfect in terms of accommodation and service, except for a communication error with the online booking, as it did not include the child, resulting in us having to squeeze into the double bed to sleep, as they did not bring us an extra bed for the child as we were told at the reception during check-in.

Disappointment! Service levels extremely low. At the reception it was as if they had to connect one by one to a machine in order to serve. The reservation was for a double with a child and we find a double bed with two mattresses. I had to call 4 times to the reception for them to come even after the midday nap. In the pool we hunt the staff for orders and in the spas they probably don't want to work there, otherwise their behavior is inexplicable. The maids are the kindest staff of the hotel I would say.

We stayed at Mitsis Galini and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing despite the hotel being advertised as a 5-star property. The overall condition of the hotel was far below expectations. The facilities were poorly maintained, with broken doors, damaged and worn-out furniture, and generally unclean common areas. The rooms were also not properly maintained or cleaned, and we encountered insects inside the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Service was another major issue. The restaurant staff were often unhelpful and at times disrespectful when we asked simple questions or requested basic items such as forks or knives. Instead of assistance, we were met with irritation and unwelcoming attitudes during breakfast service. Overall, the experience did not match the standards expected from a hotel of this category, and it significantly affected our stay

My friend and I spent 3 days at the spa. We were impressed particularly by the excellent standard of service, clean rooms and facilities, delicious food and pleasant surroundings. The treatments we enjoyed were so relaxing and we left feeling so relaxed and happy. I will definitely return to Mitsis Galini Spa.

We arrived on a Friday after 2 hectic days in Athens..The hotel was simply stunning no high rise hellscape just an elegant white traditional architecture with the most stunning pool area overlooking the sea and lush mountains. If you are looking for quiet sophistication and peace to relax, read, paint and hike or swim then this is for you. Buffet food plenty of choice and great service with empathatic staff such as Erica and Yanis at the bar Housekeeping we're a whole new level such cleanliness and attention to detail bravo from us!! Thank you for giving us the peace and quiet we craved. No one reserving sun beds either and no drunken behaviour Perfect if you want relax and use as base of operations for Delphi, hiking up the mountain and Spartan Monument
