Disappointment! Service levels extremely low. At the reception it was as if they had to connect one by one to a machine in order to serve. The reservation was for a double with a child and we find a double bed with two mattresses. I had to call 4 times to the reception for them to come even after the midday nap. In the pool we hunt the staff for orders and in the spas they probably don't want to work there, otherwise their behavior is inexplicable. The maids are the kindest staff of the hotel I would say.

We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Amazing pool! The spas didn't drive me crazy, the food and the buffet rich and tasty.
The facilities (mainly the room) for 5 stars were not, however for the price it was ok.
The spa indifferent and the reception not so polite.
A huge negative is the infinite mosquitoes that existed (inside the room) which is perfectly reasonable with a mountain on one side of the sea on the other and 3 swimming pools in front, however from a 5 star hotel I would expect at least a mosquito net in the room!!

Excellent staff but the amenities need a renovation.
Throughout the years amenities such as water jets in outdoor pools have stopped working and have never been fixed.

Ideal 5-star destination for rest, relaxation and hydrotherapy. Excellent and kind staff. Cleanliness, luxury, nice location. The food was amazing and in great variety. The cake that the hotel management offered us for our child's birthday will be unforgettable! We highly recommend it.

What was once considered a luxurious wellness resort has unfortunately become outdated and does not meet the standards of a modern 5-star hotel (not even in Greece). Anyone looking for peace and relaxation in a spacious spa hotel will unfortunately be disappointed here: almost daily changing carloads of guests and a large dining room with buffet meals are more reminiscent of an all-inclusive holiday in a 3-star hotel. One positive aspect is the close location to numerous restaurants outside the hotel, so you can treat yourself to good Greek food right by the sea and escape the hustle and bustle of the hotel.

this hotel is one of the nicest establishments i’ve ever visited abroad. the decor, rooms, views, pools are all an absolute treat and a joy - especially the thermal pools within the spa! not to mention every single member of staff are an absolute delight. the receptionists? legends. the cleaners? legends. the restaurant staff? legends ; and most of all the waiting and bar staff one hundred percent pure LEGENDS. my friends and i give special thanks to the waitress at the bar with the top lip piercing - she took incredible care of us all holiday and was so sweet as well as hilarious. she is absolutely incredible and deserves a pay rise immediately!! all the staff here were absolutely lovely and if i had enough money i would’ve tipped all of them a 20 each. 10 / 10 experience. loved it.

It was a beautiful resort for business and family holidays . Friendly staff , rich breakfast , clean room with sea view . Near the archeological place of Delhi. Fireplace in the bar and the Cafe. Romantic piano music . Everything was great . A place for couples, families , business trips and hot baths for the elderly
