Cet hôtel répond à nos attentes.
Très pratique surtout lorsque l on a un séminaire sur place
Le restaurant est ouvert tard le soir
Par contre le service au restaurant a été trop long et la nourriture pourrait être plus fine

We were unable to stay in the hotel because they were overbooking, we were also charged for the night because they did not do what was necessary to cancel the reservation with the reservation center.
After contacting us to dispute the charge, they sent us back to the reservation center to ask them to reimburse us, even though they were the ones who canceled at the last moment, forcing us to urgently find another hotel.
It's a shame !

Hôtel très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse avec wc indépendant ce qui est une très bonne chose. L’accès au coin bien être (piscine, sauna, salle de fitness) est très appréciable et agréable après une grosse journée de visite, le prêt du peignoir et des chaussons est très bien Les extérieurs sont agréables. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême, toujours souriant et disponible. Après un petit incident le patron a eu un très joli geste ce qui est très rare Le seul bémol serait le fait que la Clim ne marchait pas du coup il faisait très chaud et les volets roulants qui ne se ferment pas complètement ce qui fait que de très bonne heure on est réveillé par les rayons du soleil, des rideaux occultants seraient bien Hôtel à recommander ++++ La demi pension est très bien restaurant et personnel excellent

J'ai été sur classé. Les chambres 109 et 110 sont parfaites. Il y a même un coin cuisine. A proximité de l'espace PISICNE, SPA et salle de sport.
Parfait pour un long séjour.

Très bien situé dans un très joli cadre de verdure et au calme. Situé à 5’ à pieds de la gare avec des trains réguliers mettant Strasbourg à 15’. Chambres petites mais fonctionnelles méritant un petit coup de neuf. Spa accueillant et suffisamment grand. Parking facile. Très bon accueil

Notre séjour à l'Hôtel Diana fut un véritable plaisir, marqué par un service d'une excellence inégalée. Dès ma réservationque j’ai effectué en direct au téléphone j’ai été traité avec un professionnalisme exemplaire par le personnel de réception, je ne sais son nom , témoignant d'une diligence remarquable. Au cours de mes matinées, le personnel du petit-déjeuner a su allier gentillesse et compréhension, offrant une expérience véritablement admirable. Je remercie le sens du détail et de la compréhension pour la baguette de pain pour notre fils . Je ne saurais que recommander chaleureusement cet établissement pour ses prestations de qualité et la délicatesse de son service. Du personnel de chambre à la direction . La piscine ainsi que l'ensemble des infrastructures ont également contribué à parfaire notre séjour, ajoutant une touche de détente et de confort incomparables. Un véritable havre de paix et d'excellence que je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs en quête d'une expérience mémorable. Au cœur d’un village pittoresques nommée Molsheim . Tout est parfait, chambre spacieuse, propreté impeccable. Le restaurant est calme, la cuisine très bonne en présentation et en goût. A recommander en couple ou en famille. Nous étions 2 couples et tous satisfaits des prestations. Personnel très agréable
