For those who want to be a bit away from the hassle of busy Como city, this is a good choice. Right at the Maltrasio ferry pier which is great!

I went to this hotel with my gf, everythin was problem from checkin to check out. Hotel is nothin special no luxury at all. Old pics and when we came to the hotel and ive already paid they asked me for physical card which i didn had on me cos of 2024 and i had it on my phone. They didnt accept it. Ok so i paid again for the hotel and they told me im gonna have my money back in 2-3 days max. Its been week nobody even reply to my e-mail and nothin. Ive asked for better room cos i went to COMO for proposal, they messaged me Yes we will do our best, Nothin happen. Problem with parking as well or u can pay 24€ for parking. Balcony was dirty and its nothin like on pictures so i would NEVER EVER COME BACK! Not even for free.

Le personnel aussi bien de l’hotel que du restaurant l’ulivo est juste incroyable, d’une gentillesse et d’une patience 👌🏻 la chambre executive est parfaite pour un couple et son petit bebe grace au lit xxl. Le petit dejeuner tres complet et le cadre et juste waouw tellement appaisant avec le chant des oiseaux. Le restaurant l’ulivo est un tres bon rapport qualité prix. Mention spécial au manager qui a tout fait pour que nous soyons à l’aise avec notre petit bébé.

There was blood on my mattress and the GM didn't seem to worry about it at all!
The staff gave me wrong information about the events in the city. We were left on street in lake como with road closures and no way for getting back to the hotel.
Have never seen anything like this before.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was delightful looking out onto Lake Como, the breakfast was super and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

If visiting Lake Como this location is just a short drive from the larger city and so much more beautiful and peaceful. A luxurious hotel with a fantastic restaurant.
