The location was great! Just a short away from the beach. Recommended.

If I hadn’t mentioned it, no one would have known about the remote. I was charged KES 5,900 simply because I was in the middle of checking out and trying to catch my train. A replacement remote does not cost KES 5,000. Milkah, I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the way we have been treated as guests. Rather than investigating what happened, the responsibility was immediately placed on us and we were charged without sufficient justification. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will be reflecting it in my review.

I had 2 consecutive pre-paid reservations of 4-5 days each. The room I was given had no hot water. The front desk people knew that and yet they gave me another room only after 3 days and after I threatened to cancel the 2nd reservation. Otherwise the room is OK and the cleaning crew works hard. The food is so-so. You have to wait a lot. In the last days I discovered that the mexican food was better cooked than other menus. The property is squeezed on a very narrow plot and the pool is retardedly designed and not safe. It is also exposed to sun only between 11 am to 1 pm. The neighboring plots are terrible! If I ever return to this place it will be because their rooms have a kitchenette. And only after the Malindi Road is done.

Initially We had booked for 3 nights. we were given a room in 4th floor.Can’t seem to find faults in this specific room everything was to our expectations.Erick was great in terms of offering housekeeping services keep it up! Our stay was perfect until we decided to stay a 4th night! Wrong decision we should have just left.we were moved to a room in 2nd floor..this room was stuffy ,had a musty smell,the bed was uncomfortable please get mattress protectors!the room is soo close to the reception you can hear the phone ringing during quiet time soo annoying!🙄 I would definitely be going back just not to this specific room in 2nd floor!

The apartment location was ideal and close to the beach which was what we were looking for.had a wonderful time. clean room, Eric did a wonderful job in our room,he made sure our linens were always clean and the room quite fresh. Jimmy at the reception was kind and ready to help each time we had a request.the pool was clean and all staffs were very helpful. The restaurant was okay though I didn't like their breakfast but dinner was perfect.will definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartments are located on the beachfront in Shanzu. My room was clean and the staff were great and super friendly. They also have a restraunt which serves juicy food made to perfection. Not to forget those tasty cocktails. Looking forward to making a return trip.
