Fabulous hotel, spacious and well furnished room, cleanliness and everything well taken care of!! Standard furnishings, the gem and the large and well-kept swimming pool. In short, quality/price is normal, 100 meters outside is the Lorvotto beach, so everything is perfect!

Bad attention to customers, undersized staff for the number of customers, in all services. Magnifique expérience. Déjeuner parfait à l'orange Verte, personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Spa les cinq Mondes toujours aussi agréable, calme et volupté. Merci Mathilde pour cette parenthèse de bien être. Nous reviendrons, c'est un lieu que nous apprécions. Déconnection totale.

Hotel comodo vicino ai campi da tennis, ottimo in occasione degli ATP in quanto si arriva a piedi in 10 minuti. stanza bay view ampia e comoda, terrazzo vista mare, bagno grande con 1 solo lavandino. prodotti da bagno esigui, avrei preferito doccia e shampoo separati e non c'è stato il refill della crema finita e qualche distrazione anche sul resto. piscina bella solo un po freddina l'acqua visto il periodo di aprile. il bagno turco e la sauna sono a pagamento e purtroppo alle 19 chiudono. dopo una giornata sui campi si torna un infreddoliti e sarebbe stato bello potervi accedere un po più tardi. colazione varia, servizio buono. personale molto gentile.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per in questo hotel. Ottima stanza con vista mare e ottimo servizio reception. Non abbiamo mangiato in questo hotel quindi non posso esprimermi sul cibo. Piscina rilassante con servizio bar che funziona. Sono rimasta perplessa dal servizio concierge a cui abbiamo chiesto delle informazioni riguardo ad un taxi. Avevamo un appuntamento molto importante al quale siamo arrivati in ritardo perché abbiamo confidato nel congierce che ci aveva assicurato che tempo 10 minuti massimo e i taxi sarebbero arrivati. Malgrado questo mi sento di dire che si tratta di un buon hotel a Montecarlo!

Hotel molto bello, il lusso si avverte fin dall’ingresso , la camera molto bella grande e spaziosa con una terrazza con vista che da sola vale il viaggio . Le piscine sono strepitose , l’unica pecca è la temperatura dell’acqua che in questa stagione a mio avviso è un po’ troppo bassa (27°) ma mi hanno spiegato che è una regola dell’organismo monegasco di igiene salute al fine di prevenire i batteri ( anche se ho i miei dubbi).colazione ottima e varia pulizia eccellente in tutto l’hotel e lo staff tutto molto disponibile e gentile. Mi sarebbe piaciuto ricevere un piccolo dono al momento dell’arrivo in camera come benvenuto(frutta o dolcetti…) come avviene ormai in tutti gli hotel di una certa categoria. Hotel non centralissimo ma a disposizione degli ospiti c’è una navetta per arrivare al casinò oppure una gradevole passeggiata lungomare . Il mio giudizio è più che positivo e consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno. Tornerò senz’altro , spero presto/prestissimo. Complimenti

Situation agréable et personnel avant . Mais par contre comment est il possible d’avoir des travaux un samedi matin ? Comment est il possible de ne pas même mettre des patins sous les pieds des chaises et d’entendre ainsi les chaises grincer chez tout les voisin y compris bien sûr dans sa chambre ? Et comment est il possible de demander un supplément de 80 euros par nuit pour une chambre exécutive tout juste au dessus de la discothèque qui vous abruti les oreilles après minuit ? Bref . Vous l’aurez compris , ça manque de quelque chose d’essentiel le monte Carlo bay
