Zimmergröße o.k., Ausstattung mangelhaft: kein Wasserkocher, Kaffee/Tee, Zucker etc., Kaffeeautomat im Flur n u r für Tagungsgäste, sonstige Gäste dadurch degradiert, trotz anderslautenden Angaben im Vertrag nur Zimmerreinigung jeden 2. Tag, Müll nicht geleert, kein Nachfüllen von WC-Papier/Kosmetiktücher, Personal steht im Foyer und raucht. Trotz Hinweis auf eine schlagende Brandschutztür im UG wurde nichts unternommen, insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Ich komme aus Mönchengladbach und besuche meine Heimat regelmäßig… insbesondere das Personal, das letztes Jahr noch aus der Region kam und ein Stück persönliches Wertegefühl vermitteln konnten, war für meine Frau und mich wichtig. So haben wir gerne auch die hochwertigen Zimmer gebucht… und jetzt !?.. Stattdessen hat zum Teil seltsam anmutendes Personal das Hotel übernommen. Es tut uns im Herzen weh, aber wir werden uns demnächst ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Top Hotel mit viel Liebe im Detail. Sehr nettes Personal und Hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und vom Alltag abzuschalten. Tolle Zimmer mit reichlich Platz.

…freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant im Hof (aber dadurch manchmal etwas laut in den nach innen gelegenen Zimmern) Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen! Kein Neubau, aber genau dadurch hat es seinen liebreizenden Charakter! Für meinen Geschmack war das Bett zu weich. Trotzdem alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel!

Hotel with rooms without air conditionning and nothing done to keep some fresh air in the room, even clsoing shutter or leaving it closed during the day. My romm was not clean with a lof of dust in the bathroom and onand nera the TV. After asking my room to be cleaned for th following night, nothing has been done. Breakfest can be ok if plate were full of food but not enough for everybody.... same for jam.. Lack of Service. Bath room is really old , TV has no international network. I will not recommend at all this hotel.

Unser Zimmer war sehr alt und abgewohnt, das Bad einfach gruselig mit Neonröhre und einem superhohen Einstieg in die Dusche. Der Halter für die Klobürste war innen braun gesprenkelt. Das Frühstück kostet 16€ p.P., für Pancakes oder Waffeln muss zusätzlich ein Aufpreis von 2€ je Speise gezahlt werden. Das ist beides absolut überteuert.

Hotel zwar in die Jahre gekommen, macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Grosszügies und für jeden geschmack das Frühstücksbüffett. Am wochenende Bis 14 Uhr 30. Bar und Restaurant perfekt leckers Essen. Gute Autobahn anwendung
