1.- Se reservo por ******* una tarifa, al llegar mi personal al hotel le cobraron otra, posteriormente se le solicito al encargado (Daniel Gel) la bonificación, la cual condiciono en sus términos, diciendo que el error fue nuestro al no pedir la tarifa, y pues tiene razón, ya que confiamos en un criterio de buen servicio del hotel, el cual comprobadamente no tiene. 2.- La limpieza deja que desear, se encontraron insectos (cucarachas) en la recamara.

Afuera del cuarto, otros inquilinos estaban fumando y bebiendo, lo cual ocasionaba que el cuarto oliera demasiado a cigarrillo, fui a dar el reporte y me comentan que está permitido fumar afuera en los pasillos, el personal de limpieza traen música a muy alto volumen desde la mañana que empiezan sus labores.
