Pool was dirty .... had to turn water on myself so tap in bathroom would work when did the mirror made it hard to keep water on .... mirror was to big. Hiar on towls

Our first room had no running water the curtains were ripped Then they moved us to another room. No towels stained bedding garbage in hallways just not clean.

The property is currently undergoing renovations. Instead of closing these areas off they were completely open and sometimes required to pass through. Building materials used and new or stacked in the hallways in unsafe ways. Carts trolleys old sinks old headboards chairs sofas you name it it was in the hallway along with a lot of building material dirt and just normal usage dirt. Also there were several families in the hotel that were very loud and did not keep their kids in their room at all they were constantly running through the hallways even doing backflips at one in the morning. They also threw their garbage everywhere were very unruly and rude. The hotel room itself was not quite as dirty per se but things like the grout around the tub and the tiles on the floor definitely could have been cleaner. Things were very dated. Pictures had been taken off the wall and not replaced or crack filled. The sofa in the sweet very uncomfortable. When we ask for an extra blanket we were given one with a hole in it. Just care of service did not seem to be there. The only thing we really really loved was the breakfast bar which I think was the first thing they must have upgraded. Unfortunately have to say we would not stay there again.

We stayed there this summer and while not the newest hotel the room was clean and the breakfast was awesome.
This time, the breakfast was still awesome and the room wasn't gross but we probably won't be back. The hallways, and areas were really dirty and the entrances were covered in empty liquor bottles and garbage.

Rooms are clean but it's freezing in the winter and AC doesn't work in summer. Had door open onto parking lot so we could have some cold air. I find it odd the pool is open to the public, I saw plenty who would buy one ticket and the entire family would get in.
