During this stay, the hotel was not cleaned. Arrive around 15:00-21:30. No cleaning done. Cleaning will not be done until after 21:30. There is a lot of wood waste in the place

Showing up on day of check in for 3pm room was not ready until 5pm waited in the lobby staff kept saying there was nothing that they could do and we just had to wait. Key cards are horrible had to go to front desk multiple times to get them fixed. Ended up leaving a day early was just so fed up with everything. Will not ever book at this property again.

There was quite a long delay for us to check in....we stood in line for 35 minutes. I'm assuming the facility is going under renovations, but nobody said anything about it, nor is there any signage. It felt like we were staying in a construction zone. I'm sure once everything is finished it will be fine.

Rooms were overbooked due to construction. Staff were great as it was out of their control. Rooms were not very clean and in rough shape.
