Mondim de Basto Hotels with Airport pickup service

We spent a night here during a cycle tour. The location of the hotel and its surroundings create a feeling of space and being close to nature. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the view from the balcony across woodland looks and feels very relaxing. The hotel is modern and cleverly designed, often giving the impression that you are one of a small number of guests before it becomes clear at breakfast that there are many more visitors than you had imagined. I’d like to make particular mention of the staff who looked after us superbly at dinner.

Stopped to charge at the Tesla station which is at the hotel. Went to get breakfast and even though it was a very quiet morning I was informed they only do breakfast for guests! Why invest in a charging station then turn away paying customers. Asked to speak with the manager, I was advised no one was available. I have never been refused breakfast at a hotel. Very poor service!

Great hotel with a great bar and great service. Everything you need for a comfortable and worry free holiday. Thank you to all the team 🙌

Spacious room, spacious bathroom with very good shower, and great breakfast. Very well located, it is possible to stroll around and see the tourist attractions on foot. Parking is a little difficult and I didn't use it; because I found a spot on the street and stayed there. As it was Saturday, there was no need to pick it up; but on Monday street until Saturday at noon, payment is required.

Hotel com muitos pontos a melhorar. Chuveiros partidos, torradeira avariada (tanto estava ligada como desligada), mini bar desligado, perguntamos ao funcionário se dava para ligar e o mesmo respondeu que por norma no verão os mini bares avariam mas pré dispôs-se a levar ao quarto tudo o que precisássemos sem qualquer custo extra de serviço de quarto. Sauna e banho turco só ligaram após as 16h até então só podemos usufruir da piscina interior pois a exterior estava cheia não tinha uma única espreguiçadeira disponível. Funcionários muito atenciosos, um grande obrigada especial ao João do bar/restaurante, sempre pronto a servir, ajudar e sempre muito bem disposto. De modo geral, foi uma boa estadia mas o hotel tem muitos pontos a melhorar.

It's the place where it's always good to go back. We feel at home with family. It is a pity, as I have always said, and I will continue to say, that there is a lift needed, the company that takes advantage of the work they are doing to install this need, and that could have a more accessible value for events for customers.
