I called hotel and was assured pool was open. I have handicapped sister and we were all coming to see her and she very much wanted to swim but when we checked we were told that the pool wasn’t in service. When I complained the front desk gentleman told me he would open the pool for us but about 15 minutes later he said he couldn’t. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would not have chosen this hotel if they had been honest about the pool was not in service. They did give us a discount but it was still a very unsatisfactory stay

Booked this hotel just so kids could swim, check in to find out their pool is down because they didn't get their permits.. Very disappointing
Beds are like rocks.
