L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Concernant la chambre 112, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas (pas de chauffage ), l'encadrement des fenêtres et portes ne son pas propres. Pas de problèmes concernant là literie rt la salle de bain. Très bien pour la cuisine (très bon)

Lamentable. Malgré la bonne volonté et l'amabilité de la réceptionniste, 35 minutes d'attente pour obtenir sa clé. Pas de restaurant pour dîner et pas d'alternative (distributeur et micro-onde). Salle bain vétuste et le pompon pour conclure : un seul distributeur de café alors que nous étions une soixantaine de clients dans la salle (j'ai compté), soit 1/4 d'heure d'attente pour un avoir une tasse d'eau chaude !!!

I needed something near the motorway on the long drive back from the Alps. It's like a travelodge back home. Got a good deal on *******. Room was basic but clean . Staff were all friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant which was surprisingly good and also good value. Has a car park. Did the job and I would happily stay again.

Vaste salle de restaurant, ambiance un peu froide mais nous avons de l’espace pour nous déplacer. Le menu servi à notre groupe est très bien : voir les photos des différents plats. Ne pas hésiter à s’arrêter pour une pause déjeuner ou passer une nuit.

J ai du tuer un cafard en entrant dans la chambre 27. Literie propre, salle de bain propre. L’ensemble est un peu vieillot! Repas comestible! Petit déjeuner bon et consistant,

We liked to buy a drink for in the room, but that was not possible. Strange and not nice. There was only one person with breakfast, and The counter. She stayed extremely friendly, but one person for everything is ridiculous.

Désagrément de l’inaccessibilité du restaurant
Extérieurs négligés: pelouses en friche, poubelles et cendriers extérieurs non vidés du vendredi au dimanche
Indisponibilité du bar pour un simple rafraîchissement avant 20h
Confusion dans la facturation
La mobilisation du personnel pour servir les vendangeurs logés au 1ère Classe aurait justifié l’embauche d’extras pour ne pas négliger les occupants des chambres, qui pour beaucoup, choisissent votre chaîne pour la proximité de son restaurant. Séjour décevant !
