The first room they assigned to me, the key did not work. Went back to lobby with luggage in hand and they gave me another room/new keys. At 1245am, the SMOKE ALARM went off and the HVAC unit was giving off a terrible burning/smoke smell. I immediately called front desk and they came up with new room keys and was very helpful in helping me pack/move to a 3rd new room!
Needless to say, I didn't sleep well due to the circumstances even though the hotel is/was wonderful. Just unfortunate it happened...I'll get a full night's sleep when I get home.
This hotel is ALWAYS wonderful, just wasn't my best stay.....
