Staff is great. Older property and not worth price. This is not our 1st stay at this property and payed almost twice as much as last stay. My loyaty is running low.

This was our second stay at this hotel while visiting my hometown. The room we had for the first stay was large and clean. For this recent stay, we got an upgrade and it was amazing! Clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Thanks

I do not recommned. The staff were rude and we were over charged. My wife has filed a complaint with corporate and is still awaiting her refund. This one night has been a complete diaster and we have been treated nothing but rude from the hotel who make the mistake and over charged our card. They stated they called my wife , which the did not . They stated they refuended us , which they did not and they furthermore reported to corporate that our case was resolved which it was not .

There was only 4 small throw pillows instead of regular size pillows on the bed. There should be options. It’s very hard to sleep on a throw size pillow. The bed was fine though.

We got to the hotel early evening. We had not booked a room, we just went in and asked for the walk in rate which was very desent but then the lady in reception asked if we were members and we signed up as we travel when we can. I cant remember her name but she had dark hair with a blue streak in. She was very friendly and accomodating. She gave us advice on where to eat and it turned out to be great advice. The hotel was very quiet and we had a nice room on the ground floor away from the other guests which was nice. The room was nice and clean and a good size. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Not a huge selection but for some, enough. A few hot items. Plenty of cereals and muffin choices and juice and coffee. The lady that was looking after the breakfast area was really nice and friendly. Again, no name but she had grey longish hair up in a ponytail. Free parking. Places to eat more across the highway so it would be best to drive over.
