Stayed at Quality Inn for 5 days in room with 2 double beds. Room was big and airy, Fluffiest pillows and very comfortable beds. Extremely clean establishment and the front desk were very helpful when I mentioned the hair dryer did not appear to work. It was replaced immediately, great customer service. Great location, very easy check in and within minutes of most amenities. A must to stay, everything about our stay there was very positive

I own equinox entertainment and am on a buisness trip with my girlfriend I’ve never had a better experience with a front desk clerk then kela she talked with me for over 15 minutes and I had a blast she’s so friendly and treated me like I was from the south which I’m not I’m from utah I don’t take buisness trips usually but I decided to reach out to other entertainment companies and she provided me with info about the surrounding places I should visit I couldnt have asked for better service I appreciate the I for more then she probably knows so thank you

Kela provided such incredible service. I am a former hospitality worker and she exceeded over anyone I've met in the industry. She deserves to be more than a Front Desk Agent. She was kind nd went above and beyond to help me with very specific needs. This hotel is one of my absolute favorites I've spent time in simply because of her incredible hospitality and kindness.

First I would like to acknowledge the owners. They are always kind, friendly, considerate and accommodating. They always make sure my request for room type is granted. The rooms are always clean and temperature is always right when I arrive. The location is easy on and easy off the interstate and easy access to local businesses and restaurants. I travel for business and find the room easy to work out of. The rooms are with doors facing the outside which makes it easy for me to pull up to the room and unload and load with minimum time. I have never felt unsafe and I do know the property has surveillance cameras which adds to the safety.

Where to start? We arrived and checked in. When we went in our room… it was dirty with pet food on the bed and it smelled of mildew. We got a different room. It was cleaner but… still smelled of mold (and now my husband who has bad allergies is sick), one lamp didn’t work, the light over the sink didn’t work (they came in and got it working and then it didn’t work again the next time we turned it on…my husband finally fixed it), the closet door didn’t work, the fridge smelled, the microwave didn’t work well, we could hear EVERYTHING that happened outside through the thin walls and the gap beneath the door, people were running up and down the stairs all night, the area was sketchy, the parking lot ******, the shower turn on fell off, the tub didn’t drain, the toilet didn’t flush right… at least it had hot water, I guess. The breakfast was sad, the coffee was terrible…. I mean.. what else is there? The staff was friendly… Just keep driving down the interstate and stay somewhere else.

We stayed in this hotel for a sports event in Ruston. No others had vacancies. The rooms are old. Stains on the wall in bathroom. In bad need of fresh paint. Hair dryer did not work. Freezer in the fridge had about 2 inches ice. Large crack under door. Do not stay in this hotel.

I agree with the more recent reviews: our room was very clean and quiet; our bed was comfortable and the price was great. The staff was polite and efficient and provided a great breakfast. Motel is convenient to I-20, yet we heard no road noise once inside room 121. We will stay there again when in the area.

Staying here on a long trip, one night being enough to bring us back next time we are in this area - very helpful front desk staff, very very clean, nicely decorated, quiet room with all amenities - soap, lotion, large fridge, etc - plus sufficient plug-ins and good wifi. We carry lots of luggage and cherish the older-style drive-up motels and hope some can be preserved - so easy to walk right from car to room! This is a highly recommended facility from an experienced traveler!
