Everything else is okay. The garbage in the kitchen was not cleared. As soon as you enter, it smells like garbage.

Everyone at this hotel is super kind and courteous. The rooms are excellent, well-kept and furnished as one would expect from a Marriott Hotel. Breakfast is hot and fresh and served by a sweet young lady who makes sure everything is well stocked and greets you with a smile. The GM of the hotel goes above and beyond to insure a pleasant stay. Access is great, right off I20, across from a mall and near Monroe Airport. Maintenance personnel are great and atr concerned that your stay is 100% to your satisfaction. A++ all the way.

I really appreciated the hospitality since I checked into the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. My room was a lot larger than I expected and had all the amenities that I needed. I am very happy with my choice to stay at Marriott.

This was our first stay in this hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean with nice amenities. Room was very spacious and the full kitchen a nice plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. We will stay here again and I highly recommend!

Third weekend in January for 3 nights. The staff was very nice and attentive but they didn't have a lot to work with. The water pressure was very poor and might not be their fault because it was so cold a water pipe burst so they say. It was hard to warm the room up because the heat was working sporadically. They do not service rooms but at least on one of the days they did knock on the door and ask if we needed anything. Breakfast, I hate to say, was the worse breakfast we ever had in a hotel. Room was small but manageable but there is nowhere to open your suitcase. You need to unpack and put your suitcase in the closet. Bed was comfortable. Glad we didn't need to use the kitchen for anything but coffee. Nothing to wipe up with except paper towels. It isn't worth $180 a night.

My total experience at TownPlace Suites Monroe was very impressive. This was my first time there but I will definitely make this my hotel of choice every time I travel to visit my family.

Safe area and close to the airport. Can walk across the parking lot to the mall. Room was clean. Good complimentary breakfast!
