Clean, friendly, in expensive place to lay your head for a few hours on a trip. Then they have waffles in the morning. Night Counter attendant was off duty and still took the time to check us out. Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

Check in and out was pain free. The room was spacious and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Poor housekeeping Did not honor late check out. After waiting for room to be cleaned... TV was broken. However Robin in housekeeping was awesome sauce

Wanted a night away with a jacuzzi in the room and that's what I did and I loved it. Well be back...

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The hot water for the Jacuzzi tub didn't get very hot. There is no elevator which made it extra noisy when people would walk up and down the stairs. The placement of the heating/cooling unit was directly below the window where the curtains covered it, so you were forced to keep them open in order to feel the heat. Which was oh so lovely when there was the outside light shining bright like the sun into your room. Staff were friendly but had to go find someone to check out.

We arrived at 6pm and waited in line behind 3 other ppl. No employee in sight. We were standing there 5-6 minutes when we see a man get out of a car and come inside, it is the employee! Finally get our room. Room appears clean except for some rose petals from previous guest. Obviously just a quick cleaning. There is not very many plug ins. None next to bed, everything had to be plugged in at desk. Next day we came back to room around 3pm, our keys wouldn't work. No housekeeping. Went to lobby to fix keys, requested clean towels. Was told we would need to bring our dirty towels to laundry to exchange them! It was nice enough but we will not be staying there again.

The room looked nothing like the pictures they shared on here room was a little smaller than what the picture showed. It wasn’t bad, but was comfortable.
