Nice place to stay. Courteous front desk staff. Janice was very caring and provided very good breakfast.

Staff was excellent, room very large. It was just small things - remote didn’t work on tv and front desk was just busy tone, bathroom door didn’t shut, tub didn’t drain. You could hear water pipes ( I’m a light sleeper )
But it was clean, continental breakfast was good and there was food for me ( I’m gluten free )

Hotel was older but clean, breakfast was until 9 and by 8 almost everything was out and not refilled. We were there for a tennis match and our players and families were there so possibly they were not prepared for the teen appetites.

I had a not so good experience at first but the woman at the front desk did everything to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. She was very accommodating and gave me full attention to make everything better!

Front desk was rude from the beginning, door didnt lock on the first room we were put in, heater was broken in the second room we were put in, and saw some sketchy people hanging out at the hotel at all hours of the night. Our bathroom had a horrible smell and place needs a huge remodel! Initially it didnt look too dirty to stay but found out that nothing was truly clean after having to touch things.

Even though this hotel is a tad bit dated, it’s very clean and comfortable. Aside from the aesthetics, the staff is absolutely the best. It feels more like a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. After a hard days work, I look forward to being greeted with positive…friendly conversations….fresh towels, a peaceful nights rest and the breakfast in the morning. The staff is now like family and I am sorry that my business will conclude next week.

It was ok. Our toilet in room 124 was stopped up. The family above us was irritating because at 12 am they started jumping up and down and disturbing my kids and I’s sleep as well as my peace in quiet in the morning like 8-10am they we back to jumping and playing loudly.
