Not far from the city center, the traffic is quite convenient, the front desk staff are very friendly, and you can park for free. Breakfast is relatively simple. is the bathroom sewer smell is relatively strong.

My stay was adequate. There is a bit of a lack of space and a small table is just enough to be able to work in the evening (a simple board with a retractable bracket would be enough). Otherwise the teams were pleasant and always ready to help with a smile.

Although the cleanliness is ok, the extremely strong and omnipresent cigarette smell makes you feel like you are sleeping in a giant ashtray. The bedding was OK but nothing more. Combined with an intercom which does not seem to work and which requires us to call a paid number to gain access to the hotel, the experience is not the most positive.

This was adequate enough for our stay but it is more of a hostel than a hotel, with very sp**** rooms, no duvets and communal washing and toilet facilities. Prices were significantly hiked for the rugby World Cup and did not feel like good value. Location close enough for Lille, quiet and easy to get to from Calais.
