My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be a bit disappointing. The property itself has potential but is a bit run down. The food in the restaurant was not good at all (we tried breakfast which was fine, dinner was a huge and expensive disappointment). The spa is okay but nothing fabulous. Not pictured in the idyllic looking Instagram photos from the resort is the fact that you are required to wear blue swimming caps (provided). For those of us in North America this is not a standard practice at a spa, and I found the photos of couples enjoying the spa sans blue caps was quite misleading. The heat in our room didn’t seem to work so we were quite cold. We did find the bed and sheets to be comfortable. This property has potential but needs some work to truly be a 4 star spa hotel experience.

Pessima esperienza!! Sconsiglio vivamente. Sono andata il 26 aprile 2024. Ingresso feriale giornaliero spacciato come festivo perché “ponte”, pagato quindi 48€ anzichè 33€... Comunque prezzo troppo alto per i servizi che offre ossia: -Un’UNICO ingresso ad una piscina termale, la cui temperatura è dichiarata essere 34 gradi, quando l’acqua viene percepita a molto meno. Risultato: dopo poco eravamo già infreddolite e dovevamo uscire dall’acqua. -Bocchette per l’idromassaggio pessime, l’effetto dura meno del periodo che ci mettono per caricarsi, col risultato che è più il tempo trascorso in acqua senza idromassaggio che con. -Tutti gli ambienti sono FREDDI (spogliatoi, area ristorazione, ambiente che da sulla piscina, corridoi, stanze). Non è accettabile che un posto di questo tipo, dove le persone girano bagnate in costume e accappatoio, abbia poco o nessun riscaldamento. Alla richiesta di alzare la temperatura il personale ha tergiversato senza porre rimedio alla situazione. Un ambiente del genere deve assolutamente essere gestito con più cura, il prezzo che paghi promette aspettative che poi non vengono mantenute.

Great service and awesome vicinity. Really love every experience in this resort. All the staffs are very attentive and caring throughout my stay. I will certainly recommend this resort if anyone wish to stay and have a time getaway. The spa and the grotta experience is a must visit.

Il posto merita veramente la visita. Struttura incantevole, personale disponibile e gentile e poi la visita alla grotta e molto bella. Pulito, ben curato, nulla da dire. Peccato che al momento del check out mi sono stati addebitati 8 euro per una confezione di salatini che erano posizionati vicino la macchinetta del caffè provvisto di cialde e tisane da utilizzare gratuitamente. La cosa strana che una mia amica ha fatto il check out mezz’ora dopo e non gli e’ stato addebitato nulla. Non mi e’ piaciuto questo trattamento che mi è stato riservato. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’hotel incuriositi dalle buone recensioni. Purtroppo però non è stato come ce lo aspettavamo. Camera discreta, aria condizionata che non funzionava (solo centralizzata calda e si moriva davvero di caldo.), insonorizzazione pessima, sentivamo tutto dei nostri vicini di camera, per non parlare del letto…AIUTO! Scomodo e con dei cuscini praticamente inesistenti da quanto erano poco imbottiti. Passiamo al ristorante dell’albergo, parola chiave: Orrendo. Servizio pessimo, tempi di attesa molto lunghi, qualità del cibo scadente, sicuramente non da un 5 stelle (come si ritengono). Servizio senza glutine poco ampio, soltanto cose confezionate e di bassa qualità. Prezzi da capogiro. 200€ tra cena e colazione, ma il peggio sono i 28€ di colazione, 28€ per avere cose confezionate e non fresche. La spa unica nota un pochino meno grave, ben organizzata, personale cordiale e massaggiatori discreti. Peccato per il freddo e per i corridoi stretti, lunghi e senza indicazioni…sembra di stare in un film di Kubrick. Consiglio quindi di non mangiare al ristorante dell’hotel, non prenotarci ma di fare soltanto l’ingresso spa giornaliero. Peccato…

Il mio fidanzato mi ha regalato un bellissimo weekend presso questa struttura. Avevamo con noi il nostro piccolo amico a 4 zampe che è stato subito accolto. Il personale è super cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente per venire a rilassarsi e passare un bel weekend immersi nel verde.

Bella la S.p.A., belle le piscine e le camere. La struttura antica è molto romantica. Il Bar delle piscine e’ super, ottimi piatti caldi così come panini etc. Personale gentile e servizievole. Unica pecca, se proprio si vuole trovare, la cucina del ristorante dell’albergo, non da 5 stelle, prezzi alti e cibo così così … per il resto soggiorno ottimo!
