The location of the service aparement is excellent. Also the receptionists are super helpful and nice. Whenever we need help, they will provide assistance immediately.

The room is big enough, cooking is no problem, there are washing machines and dryers, and the surrounding area is very quiet

The first night in Melbourne was very good. The front desk staff was very nice. The next day, I changed to a two-bedroom room and continued to stay for five days.

I stayed for one night in a hurry, I checked in a little late, there was no one at the front desk, it took 20 minutes for the walkie-talkie to verify my identity, I didn't see any service, and left early the next morning

The hotel is hygienic and convenient and well-equipped, but it is only cleaned once a week due to the epidemic situation. You can borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean it yourself. The location is near boxhill, but it takes more than 20 minutes to walk; there is a station near the door, you can take the tram to the city center; there is a parking lot, $15 a day.

We loved our stay at Quest! Loved the apartment, the new-ish building, late night check in was a breeze, very friendly customer service. We had a patio (ground floor) and all necessities. The only obvious disadvantage is distance to the downtown of Melbourne and airport. The hotel is steps from the tram stations, so that’s easy, but ride to CBD takes close to 50 mins. Despite of the distance, we loved the property so much, we would stay again!

Nice sized room with separate bedroom - kitchen area is a decent size and nice having a proper sofa

I had problems from pre-check in. I was reallocated to a sister property in another suburb due to electrical faults in the room I had been allocated (but not informed about this). On arrival they could not find me on their system and when they did they allocated me to another room that had a faulty ceiling light in the bedroom (it kept flickering even though the switch was off - which I discovered on going top bed). I reported this and was moved to another room that was in sub standard condition (smelled) and the bedroom was not set up properly (including no beside lamps). My experience was so bad I decided to ask for a refund (including for the night I stayed due to the incovenience I experienced). Only a partial refund was provided. I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone.

The property is very nice and in a central location, plus being pet friendly allowed us to bring our kitten along. Only thing to say is that the bathrooms are in urgent need of a renovation

Staff member was abused 2 nights in a row by a guest seeking upgrades and refunds. There was nothing wrong with the hotel its a standard Quest. For the price you cant expect luxury or anything high end. Its for for purpose. The staff member showed incredible professionalism and still smiled and welcomed me while holding back tears. The teo staff the next day were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here a again.

Very spacious apartment style with all you need for your stay. Comfortable bed. No complaints
