Room far too humid, too hot. Window not functioning for first 3 days. We couldn’t sleep. No other room available, due to repairs being done. Breakfast was lacking in variety and taste. We only had our room cleaned once during our 7 day stay. We had to go to the front desk to get our supplies for our room.

Toilette même pas nettoyé , urine tout le tour de la toilette , USB ne fonctionne pas , la demande de chambre collé lors de la réservation ne ses pas faite et commis malade pas trop essayé de m’aider !

La piscine très agréable, déjeuner inclus, le personnel serviable, belle chambre, toujours satisfait de nos séjours dans cette Hôtel, bref notre arrêt quand nous montons à Montréal! Nous recommandons cet hôtel!

L’hôtel est placé le long d’une route avec beaucoup de circulation, donc c’est quand même bruyant. Les moquettes sont datées et sales (anciennes tâches). Sinon la literie est propre ainsi que la salle de bain, dans la salle de bain, pas de douchette donc un peu difficile de bien se rincer à certains endroits. La cafetière se trouve dans la salle de bain, mais j’ai compris pourquoi : son utilisation est tout un challenge et il y avait de l’eau partout. Nous avions la chambre 221.

Service rapide et courtois, la chambre était propre et tout était fonctionnel. Seul bémol, l'eau de la piscine n'était pas optimale en qualité et température. Hotel situé sur la 117 a l'entrée de la ville.
