Good location, nice hotel. 24h free drink. Customer service is ok.

Convenient location, staff is polite and helpful, recommend.

The hotel is just steps away from the Mont Termblant Park Visitor Center, making it a very convenient and comfortable living environment. The room we booked was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small park outside the window with many trees. It had a leisurely vacation atmosphere. It is a good hotel worth recommending.

The front desk service is good, but the sofa bed sheet is dirty. I called the customer service to change it but they didn't. There are not many breakfast varieties, no fruit, no parking space at the door, and the underground garage needs to be checked in at the front desk before the door card is swiped to enter the garage. It was not clearly stated in the previous email. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the cable car station. The first leg of the cable car is free, and the second leg costs 20 Canadian dollars. The buffet at the top of the mountain is not a buffet, but a simple McDonald's hamburger, fries and coke meal for 20 Canadian dollars.

The location is excellent, convenient for travel photography!

It's an hour and a half drive from Montreal Airport. It's a very nice resort. There's a fairy tale town in a whole fairy tale world next to the hotel. This business trip was very nice.

The room is an apartment type, the room facilities are very good, the living is very comfortable, and the surrounding dining and leisure are very convenient, but the breakfast is too simple and there are too many people.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff at the front desk are very friendly, the breakfast is rich, the fruit is abundant, and the staff keeps adding food for the guests. Coffee and hot water are available 24 hours a day. Although the decoration of the room is a bit old, it is still very clean, and there are plenty of toiletries. It is worth staying and resting.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable, the beds were especially were comfortable. The kitchenette could have been stocked with more cooking supplies such as a pan and pot - but these were provided when we asked the staff. We needed to use the sofa bed on our trip, and this was the least comfortable sofa bed ever. Super thin, mattress was old and stained, and wires poked through. Although the regular beds were luxuriously comfortable, the sofa bed - as advertised - definitely needs an update.

The staff was super friendly and helpful…even alerting us when the security guard saw someone bump on to our car in the parking garage. The hotel is close to the action yet our room was very quiet. We had easy access to the chair lift.

Great location, breakfast was plenty and front desk where excellent to deal with and friendly. Room was spacious with excellent amenities.

The location is perfect and breakfast being included is a bonus. We also liked that the they had lockers to lock up your equipment. Front desk staff was really nice. It’s nice that they had coffee, tea and water 24/7. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and washroom had mildew build up in the shower. Housekeeping only replaces towels and doesn’t make up the beds.

We liked that it was very close to the main lift. Also in the village and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were also friendly. Parking was a bit tight but manageable.

Overall, the property is nice. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Front desk staff especially.
