They had only one room available for the holly weekend. They don´t accept credit cards, so I pay for 4 nights full price in advanced, more expensive that what they advertise online. I had to cancel my reservation and I did 15 days in advance. The manager had me more than a week to give my money back, making an excuse every single day. At the end Arismendy didn´t even answer my phone calls or reply my messages, they even blocked my phone number. Almost a week and a half after I request my refund they finally gave me my money back and charge me as if they did a same day money transfer.
