They had only one room available for the holly weekend. They don´t accept credit cards, so I pay for 4 nights full price in advanced, more expensive that what they advertise online. I had to cancel my reservation and I did 15 days in advance. The manager had me more than a week to give my money back, making an excuse every single day. At the end Arismendy didn´t even answer my phone calls or reply my messages, they even blocked my phone number. Almost a week and a half after I request my refund they finally gave me my money back and charge me as if they did a same day money transfer.

Super Preis-Leistung Hotel mit Restaurant Essen gut und sehr preiswert Kein Frühstücksbuffet. Hat aber Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Für den Preis von ca. CHF/EUR 40.00 pro Nacht, inkl Frühstück völlig ok Freundliches Personal zentral gelegen

A wonderful and cozy place to spend a few days near El Morro Beach paradise in Montecristi RD. Having arrived in the mist of a bike rally all hotels were fill, luckily we grabbed the last space available, a 3 bedroom very luxurious apartment at Don Gaspar Hotel set up with all the amenities you can think of. We were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The cost was modest with a wonderful breakfast included. But by far the all attention to details by Arismendi, Yglene and other employees was the best. We Absolutely return to this wonderful place.
