In my opinion the best was the breakfast.
They changed our room saying it was superior but the one we had reserved was renovated and had a shower, and the one they gave us did not. And although we went down and explained that we reserved it that way because of the difficulty of not being able to use a bathtub, they said they didn't have another one. Therefore a big negative point.
And as for the facilities, say that they have an outdoor pool, an indoor pool... (this is part of the spa that you have to pay for and it doesn't say it anywhere, but when you get there. By putting it inside the facilities like the outdoor one and There is no cost, they tried to convince us that the hotel website said so but we all verified that it was not true). They should say that there is a cost (like other parts of the hotel or activities) and not attract clients by omitting those things.

Correct and formal reception. Clean and spacious rooms. The pool area is beautiful with comfortable sun loungers and there is a spa that is currently still closed. Gym open by appointment. A little repetitive enough breakfast. Waiters very busy enforcing anti Covid regulations

Me ha encantado el hotel muy bonito y original. El Buffett bueno y variado Las habitaciones amplias.......pero el servicio de limpieza no me gustó, estuve en 8 planta. Las instalaciones bonitas y modernas. La playa maravillosa y cerca del hotel.

Stayed here for 10 days, the hotel is good but we were on a low floor over the entertainment area and had to complain about the loud music from 10-30 through to midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was fine, it could have been warmer but still ok. We went to the Spa which was also good value for money but when you went for a shower at the end the shampoo dispensers were all empty, but disappointing.

You can get hotels with more refinements but this is one of the best value for money hotels we have visited. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and limited but very good quality food. A real mix of elderly and young sporty athletes on winter training. A good place and worth your money. Great hotel.

Excellent hotel, great service, lovely staff, great spa, reasonable prices. Food good, limited choice but excellent quality. Central location fir beach and shops. Would recommend this hotel. The resort has a lovely long boardwalk with plenty of seated areas.
