Hôtel pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Chambres et salle de bain petites et sombres avec robinetterie oxydée, serviettes fines et non éponges. Dans les couloirs la moquette est tachée et déchirée et il y a une mauvaise odeur de cuisine partout. Restaurant horrible. Nappes et serviettes tachées, couverts oxydés et rayés. Le petit déjeuner médiocre, avec des biscuits en vrac non emballés et des œufs brouillés froids bien qu'ils soient dans leur contenant. De plus, malgré le wi-fi (oubliez le portable dans ce pays, il n'a de réception nulle part) le portable n'a pas de réception, et si vous arrivez à téléphoner, la ligne tombe.

Splendido borgo medievale. Panorama mozzafiato. Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura l'ultima settimana di luglio. Hotel al top, gestito splendidamente. Personale, tutto, impeccabile, sempre disponibile. Camera eccellente e dotata di tutto. Pulizia perfetta. Colazione sublime. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e la ristorazione è molto soddisfacente per varietà e di ottima fattura. Un' altra chicca è la possibilità di fare anche mare visto che sono collegati con la baia del monaco (distante circa 12 km di strada comoda), ma per chi non vuole muoversi c'è a disposizione degli ospiti una piscina panoramica con un grande solarium. È disponibile anche una spa. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

We stayed in a suite--sitting area with sofa and chair between door and bedroom area. Nicely appointed. We did not use the swimming pool or spa. There is a pleasant bar with outdoor tables on a patio with a view down to the Adriatic. Breakfast tables are on the same patio. The hotel restaurant was a great deal--25 Euros for pasta, main, contorno, and dessert. Pretty sure that it's the best option in Monte Sant'Angelo, a delightful place to stay in the Gargano.

Room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. Hotel was a little dated and towels were like tablecloths. Pool was nice and access to beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei allen Dingen gerne behilflich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Zudem hatten wir eine große Terrasse mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal und der hauseigene Strand + Poolbereich ist top und nicht überlaufen. Immer wieder gerne!!!!

Siamo stati un we in coppia a fine settembre. I ragazzi alla reception sono stati molto gentili e disponibili! Abbiamo inoltre gustato un ottimo aperitivo presso l’angolo bar (grazie alla dolcissima Michela) e dedicato un’ora alla spa che si trova nel Relais dei Normanni, nella struttura accanto. Un relax assoluto! Da tornare ovviamente! E da fare in particolare i complimenti alla famiglia Trotta: una collaborazione e gestione fantastica!

Hotel was brilliant and location brilliant only downside was we wanted to stay one more night and they gave us price and next morning they put price up and they weren’t helpful so we left bit disappointed but nice place
