Achei a suite desconfortável, roupas de cama muito velhas toalhas muito pequenas. Limpeza precária até minha neta de 5 anos reclamou quando foi pegar algo embaixo da cama que estava muito suja. Agora os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos principalmente da copa.

O contato com a natureza, a vista da janela, o café da manhã e a educação dos funcionários são excepcionais. Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel; a primeira vez foi como casal e, agora, com uma bebê de 1 ano. Colocaram até um berço no quarto para a bebê. Recomendamos a experiência!

Chalé confortável, bem limpo e espaçoso! O ponto forte é a hidromassagem e a cama com vista para as montanhas. Privacidade e silêncio para descansar mesmo! Ponto de melhoria: recepção muito “velha” e com tapetes antigos. Pra quem é alérgico, vale um ponto de atenção. Manutenção da área de lazer está a desejar

A acomodação aconchegante e o local muito calmo, café da manhã de qualidade e funcionários atenciosos. Nos sentimos.como rei e rainha durante toda a estadia. A lareira foi uma experiência única, um desafio que acatamos por nós mesmos. Além disso o serviço de quarto é bem ágil e excelente. Toda a temática suíça do local fez-nos sentir um gosto da Europa no quintal de casa

Ficamos em 4 pessoas no chale com mezanino, achei boa limpeza, confortável e aconchegante. A área de lazer precisa manutenção. Café da manhã excelente com boa variedade. Funcionários bem prestativos mais achei bem distante do centro, uns 2km.

Todos no hotel são muito atenciosos e acolhedores. O Sr Fernando sempre pronto para nos auxiliar. O pessoal da cozinha, muito cuidadosos com os pratos. O pessoal de arrumação também muito queridos. Apenas o Wi-Fi não atendeu, sinal fraco no quarto impediu o meu trabalho homeoffice.

Lugar cheiroso, aconchegante, ótima recepção. Café da manhã espetacular. Lugar tranquilo e travesseiros e cama macios. Vista das montanhas e ar puro. Acomodação bem limpa, lugar seguro e perto da cidade Monte Verde. Amamos passar um final de semana nesse lugar, bem gostoso!
