La valutazione è relativa alla classificazuone 4 stelle dell'Hotel messa in relazione alle dotazioni effettive dell'Hotel ed a quelle da me ritrovate in giro per l'Italia è nel territorio di Macerata Posizione Isolata Camera ampia con arredamento "Retrò" che mostra i segni dell'età ( doccia con "copripiletta rotta" e "Reggi Doccetta" che non tiene la posizione - attaccapanni che "cascano" se appendi una giacca - Cassaforte che non si chiude segnalata ma non resa funzionale ) Servizi comunque adeguati ancorché con dotazione "amenities & toiletries" non a livello dei 4 stelle e dei competitors di territorio di cui sono stato ospite Climatizzazione efficace ma rumorosa Acquistata DUS ma la seconda notte la dotazione di Asciugamani e stata singola ( secondo asciugamano fornito solo su richiesta ) Colazione inferiore ai 4 stelle di cui sono stato ospite e servita a Buffet , esclusa Caffetteria, anche nelle condizioni sanitarie odierne !? Ampio parcheggio non custodito gratuito Cortesia e Professionalità invece sono state sempre evidenti e costanti

La disponibilità a venire incontro ai problemi degli ospiti è uno dei loro maggior pregi, e questo fa della struttura ricettiva una delle migliori in assoluto che si possano trovare in zona. Assolutamente da frequentare!

Ho soggiornato 8 giorni in questo albergo con un gruppo di 28 persone. Norme Covid rispettati alla perfezione. Posizione strategica per visitare tutte le marche, camere spaziose e sempre pulite ,bagni grandi , cucina regionale varia molto curata abbondante e raffinata. Hall spaziosa con grande Tv, Personale sempre attento, gentile che ti fa sentire come a casa. Ma io voglio fare un elogio al direttore Luciano perchè sono certo che tutto funziona alla perfezione grazie a lui che è sempre attento ai tempi e ritmi che richiede la sua professione sempre pronto a risolvere ai danni e ritardi causati da gruppi come il nostro un sorriso sempre pronto che comunica sicurezza e calma a me e a tutto il gruppo. This hotel is easily one of my favorites ,clean rooms ,great service and even greater staff.Overall I'm satisfied and I will definitely be coming here again. They truly deserve 5 stars and hopefully I'll be able to come back soon !!! :D

Hotel situato in posto strategico per potersi spostare nelle vicine località tutte di notevole interesse. Arredato in modo classico, ha camere spaziose e molto pulite, letto comodissimo, frigo bar fornito del necessario, bagno con tutti i comfort ed aria condizionata. Colazione con prodotti freschi locali ed anche internazionale veramente ottima ed abbondante. Infine il personale, dall’accoglienza sollecita del direttore a tutto lo staff… Andrea riesce a riparare tutto!
