Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend, l'albergo è veramente bello e sono rimasta colpita dalla hall spettacolare. L'accoglienza e il personale sono da 10, inoltre è molto comodo in quanto super centrale (proprio sulla piazza) e vicino alla stazione, supermercato, farmacia etc. Ci ritornerei senza dubbio.

05/04/2022- 09/04/2022 Personale scortese, danno gli scarti della cena a gli studenti che pernottavano li a prezzo ridotto(“giustamente”, secondo loro, era giusto dare gli scarti della cena con acqua del rubinetto come unica bevanda disponibile). Design orribile(quadri raffiguranti personaggi inquietanti). Auguro la definitiva chiusura di questo hotel.

Sono stata una sola notte in questo Hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. Sono stato lì per lavoro e sono stato accolto da persone gentili, sorridenti e disponibili ad aiutarti. Mi sono sentito a casa, immerso in un ambiente di alto livello. Situato in posizione eccellente e strategica, comoda alla stazione (a piedi in 10 minuti). Colazione eccellente e varia, personale gentilissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente, bravissimi!

posto carino, sia esternamente e sia internamente. Le camere sono diverse l una dall altra; per essere un hotel da 4 stelle non penso proprio possa essere considerato tale, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile però non molto accurato e macchie sul soffitto, una cosa che mi è sorta in dubbio percorrendo le scale non ad un piano ho trovato di fronte a me due cyclette un po' too much per un hotel, sarebbe meglio spostarle in una stanza mettendo altri strumenti.

Very narrow beds - an older place but well kept Very friendly staff - need to fix coffee machines - it’s in an ideal location - parking is limited and complex- stayed about a week - close to train station - only ate breakfast there it was ok - nothing fantastic

Definitely would recommend. The hotel itself is conveniently located in the city and there are plenty of eating options in walking distance. The train station is two blocks away. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom in our room was recently remodeled and upgraded. Breakfast was a very nice selection of typical European breads, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt and eggs. The staff is truly outstanding. They went out of their was to be accommodating and all were very friendly. Our original room was across from the plaza and there was a band playing for a party late, they immediately moved us to an inside room, no questions. Breakfast staff likewise was very helpful. Only reason the hotel didn't get 5 stars is you could feel the faded elegance, like it was once a destination for the upper crust that was now more middle class. Did nothing to detract from the comfort, value, or the staff, just something to be aware of if you are expecting a brand new hotel experience. If traveling to Tuscany and staying in Montecatini, I would stay again without hesitation. BTW, park in any of the blue street parking locations around the hotel and then get the parking pass from the hotel when you check in. The pass let's you park in those spots unlimited.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond. The hotel is very nice with a lot of rich history. The food is very good and the location is central to everything. The train station is straight out the front door up at the corner for an easy commute anywhere you want to go. I recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely centrally located in town Square. Food excellent and staff very efficient and friendly. Rooms are so quiet even though the hotel is in town. Only thing missing was tea/coffee making facility in room.
