We arrived at the hotel on the 18th of April for 4 days.on arrival we had a free upgrade to a room with a balcony at the rear of the hotel which had beautiful views. So thank you very much for that.very much appreciated. Rooms were nice in tuscany style.beds were very comfortable. We ate every evening at the hotel which was very nice.it was actually cheaper to eat and drink in the hotel than eating out.but what really makes this hotel is the staff.they made us feel very welcome.always smiling and very helpful. So thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay wonderful.you are doing a fantastic job.all the best phil and jay.

Hotel molto ben tenuto con piscina e comodo parcheggio antistante. Camere giustamente spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort, letto comodo, pulizia molto curata, climatizzazione ed insonorizzazione ottime. Personale molto gentile, disponibile senza essere invadente. Personalmente mi sono sentito coccolato, come se fossi a casa. Ottima e ben assortita la colazione, bevande preparate al momento ed Ottima qualità dei prodotti. Molto valido il ristorante che offre, a prezzi equi, ottime specialità.

We loved our stay in this very friendly family run hotel. We especially enjoyed the food, three courses every night to choose from and an excellent salad buffet, if you have room! Wine list reasonable too. all served with a smile and nothing too much trouble. The hotel itself is set in gorgeous grounds just slightly uphill from town, which makes it a perfect quiet but convenient location. With a wonderful park just across the way, which you can stroll through into town.We did not want to leave! Montecatini, with having a railway station, was great for exploring many places such as Lucca and Florence. Regular trains.

Hotel charmant et tres bien tenu, dans un environnement tres calme et verdoyant. Le personnel est tres attentionne et tres professionnel, chambres spacieuses, agreables et tres propres. Les menus du restaurant offrent un large choix de plats, l’ambiance generale est tres agreable, le service impecable, c’est un etablissement d’excellent niveau, je le recommande chaleureusement !

Soggiornato qui per il Lucca comics. Personale veramente gentilissimo e cordiale che mi è rimasto impresso positivamente, colazione a buffet abbondante e fresca, prezzi convenienti, piscina all’esterno (che non abbiamo chiaramente utilizzato dato il periodo autunnale). Camere spaziose. Soggiorno breve ma rilassante.

The Hotel Torretta is a lovely hotel in the spa town of Montecatini Terme, Italy. The hotel is in an excellent position close to the town and funicular railway. It is a short walk to the railway station where regular trains take you to Pisa, Florence and Lucca. The food is very good quality and there are extensive choices at all mealtimes, nothing is too much trouble for the owners and staff. All the rooms have balconies and some of them are overlooking the pool.The pool and gardens are kept immaculate and there is some welcome shade when the sun is too hot.
