Really nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Great Rail Journey (to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary) We found the hotel very clean and comfortable, the food was very good and the staff were excellent. (just an aside suggestion, it would have been useful to have a slip mat in the bath/shower)

Posizione comoda , vicino al tetro Verdi e al parco delle Terme , elegante e pulito , personale molto gentile e buona colazione ... però ... so che è un giudizio soggettivo , ma uno dei letti più scomodi che ho trovato negli ultimi anni .

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo albergo e ne sono rimasta entusiasta! Si trova in una via tranquilla a due passi dal centro, dove ci sono ristoranti, bar, negozi, farmacie etc. Proprio sotto l’albergo ci sono tre quattro posti dove sedersi e fare sia aperitivo che cena, molto tranquilli ma allo stesso tempo alla moda. L’albergo è molto pulito, ha una bella piscina aperta nella stagione estiva, la colazione molto buona e variegata, sia dolce che opzioni salate, ogni mattina non vedevo l’ora di fare colazione! La reception ha un personale fantastico, nessuno escluso! Ragazze sempre gentili, utili nelle tante informazioni richieste e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Speciale menzione per il Signor Fabio, davvero una persona cortese e preparata. Il bar è molto carino, con ampio spazio esterno con tavolini e divanetti. Il signor Roberto ci ha preparato un cocktail eccezionale e ci ha coccolato per tutta la durata della permanenza. Anche Viola, la ragazza delle colazioni e in sala, mi ha aiutato più di una volta nelle mie richieste. Tutto ciò ci ha fatto sentire a casa, riveriti e coccolati come se fossimo dei VIP! Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel e lo consiglio a tutti quelli che volessero visitare questa cittadina!

Pulitissimo, arredato con gusto, con letti veramente comodi una cosa assai rara da trovare ma per chi soffre di mal di schiena fondamentale. Doccia e bagno stupendo. Colazione ricca e varia e soprattutto estrema gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

We just spent three nights at this hotel in Montecatini. Let me tell you- we felt like we were a part of their family.. I have never had such an amazing experience at a hotel before. My husband and I were traveling with our 18 year old twins, parents and brother and nephew- so 8 of us. We had planned dinners in the hotel and excursions planned everyday- every time we came back they had a warm smile or word for us, like they were actually happy to see us come back. Roberto in the bar is the nicest person I’ve ever met, Giuseppe in the dining room made us feel like royalty. All of the staff and the owner were exceptional… the ONLY thing I can say is you have to get creative with steaming your clothes in the bathroom because they do not have an iron. They do have laundry service. Food is amazing, drinks amazing, and the town has a way of making a little room in your heart. Bars and restaurants are a stones throw away from the hotel. One night we sat in the living room area and some of the kids played piano, while some of the other guests played cards. This is how we are supposed to exist with each other! Wonderful experience. We’ll miss you! The kids already do!!

First off the hotel is a very good location; close to a number of restaurants and bars, easy walk to the rail station, etc. The hotel itself seems to be in very good shape and a glimpse of it's "grand" past - large dining area, nice check in desk, comfortable bar area. The dinners we took in the restaurant were very good with a tremendous menu selection. The bar manage was very engaging and personable and he had some snacks to have while having an aperitif. If you are in Montecatini we would definitely recommend. Having said that room location is important. Our room was on Floor 2 and was quite spacious. However we were overlooking the street with a nice balcony but it is quite noisy for most of the night including trash pickup! Choose a room towards the back.
