Übernachtung mit Frühstück in gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage super. Zentral und doch nachts ruhig (bei geschlossenem Fenster). Badezimmer frisch renoviert. Bett schön hart, aber nicht zu hart. Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht. Gegenüber gibt es leckere Pizzastücke, die man gemütlich vor dem Hotel essen kann. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

This was our second stay at Smart Hotel Bartolini and once again we had a wonderful time. Carlo & his team excel at making you feel welcome and do everything possible to ensure a perfect stay. Barbara on breakfast is so welcoming and friendly and ensures a great start to the day. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious and provided everything we could need. A great location for exploring Tuscany. Even though it is only our second time there it is beginning to feel like we are visiting old friends. Until next time….

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Smart Hotel Bartoli. This is quite a small bijou type hotel on a quiet pleasant street near to the centre of Montecatini and an easy walk from the train station. We were met with a friendly welcome from Carlo on check in and throughout our stay he was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Our room although not massive was characterful,spotlessly clean and well equiped. Our bed was large and comfortable and the ensuite was spacious and with a powerful shower. Our breakfast menu was extremely varied and served freshly prepared to us by the ever smiling Barbara who clearly enjoyed giving the brilliant service to her guests. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place.

We had a very pleasant experience at Smart Hotel. We were there for two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was exceptional, cooked to order and served by Barbara who went above and beyond our expectations. I also loved having tea available in the room after a long day of sightseeing. I would have liked to stay longer, but we joined a tour at another hotel close by which was bigger but not as good, with less attention to detail.

Di solito negli alberghi l'insonorizzazione lascia sempre ad indesiderare. MA NON IN QUESTO CASO! Era segnalato come caratteristica della stanza ed era effettivamente così...Silenzio totale! Tanto dal corridoio esterno come dalle stanze accanto!!! La nostra stanza era ampia, letto comodissimo, pulizia eccellente!!! Super apprezzato il dispenser di acqua all ingresso dell'albergo. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!!!

Siamo stati in questo hotel nel periodo pasquale, meravigliati che nonostante fosse un tre stelle risultasse come il miglior hotel prenotabile a Montecatini, notoriamente una città con forte presenza di strutture ricettive. Ebbene, le recensioni sono state confermate da un'esperienza positivissima sotto tutti i punti di vista. La camera era comoda e spaziosa, nonché pulitissima. Graditissima la possibilità di fare il refill dell'acqua minerale autonomamente attraverso i dispenser con filtro. La colazione eccellente, sia a buffet che addirittura con cibi ordinabili alla carta e preparati sul momento. Lo staff di una cordialità unica, che non guasta mai, anzi, suggerisco, che contribuisce a creare concretamente un'esperienza positiva e piacevole. Apparentemente "basta poco", in realtà col tempo ho capito che questo "poco" è tantissimo ed è sopratutto sempre più una rarità. Mi riferisco a un sorriso, una parola gentile rivolta a un bambino, la volontà di non lasciare niente al caso e risolvere qualsiasi piccolo "intoppo" ci possa essere. Complimenti, se ricapiteremo a Montecatini torneremo senz'altro.

L'albergo gode di un'ottima posizione, centrale e comoda per raggiungere le splendide Terme del Tettuccio, patrimonio UNESCO. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e passione, poiché racchiudono al loro interno parte della collezione di opere d'arte del proprietario, uomo di cultura e attento a garantire un ottimo soggiorno a Montecatini. Il personale è gentile e la colazione molto buona. Molto rilassante la doccia con cromoterapia.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and explored this part of Tuscany by train. Everything worked perfectly except for the weather! This is a small hotel with very helpful staff , the breakfast is great with eggs etc cooked to order ,bread ,cakes ,tuscan meats cheeses and local delicasies what more can you ask. The rooms and public areas are very high standard there is an honesty bar and coffee machine available all day and any recommendations were very good especially maialotto . This hotel is fantastic value for money.
