20 maggio 2024 Sono rientrata a casa ieri sera dopo aver trascorso due notti all’ hotel Settentrionale Esplanade, vicinissimo alle Terme Tettuccio ( raggiungibile a piedi ) per effettuare la cura idropinica la mattina a digiuno. Con due amiche abbiamo prenotato tre camere singole : io ero al terzo piano, 265. Le amiche al secondo piano : tutte e tre le stanze con terrazzino vista parco. Materasso comodo, lenzuola e salviette top, ottima pulizia. Posso dire che l arredamento è un po’ datato, idem anche in bagno. Per me non è così importante ; da turista di passaggio ho apprezzato molto la pulizia, cordialità e cortesia delle persone alla reception. Altra cosa non meno importante grandi spazi a disposizione della clientela, una hall molto ampia, altre salette, una piscina con giardino. What else ? Abbiamo già deciso di tornare anche perché vogliamo cenare per assaporare le specialità della zona. Grazie a tutti, a presto !

Estive nesse hotel com um grupo de turismo. Vários hóspedes deram falta de pertences, dinheiro e tivetam bolsas remexidas. E tudo isso somente enquanto foram ao café. O responsável disse que ninguém teria como entrar nos quartos pq eles tem sistema de segurança e só! Tenham cuidado!!!!!!!!!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel la scorsa settimana e a parte la posizione non posso fare che commenti negativi.Pulizia della stanza pessima,nel bagno capelli sia nel bidet sia nella vasca,nella cabina armadio un odore nauseante ed infine per quanto riguarda il cibo veramente di bassa qualità. A mai più!

Non è possibile che nel 2024 ci siano alberghi di categoria 4 stelle con un confort così scadente e internamente ancora anni 70.tenuto male Le camere piccole e bagni obsoleti ,personale con atteggiamenti superficiali accoglienza pessima.per non parlare del servizio ristorante con proposte di cibi di scarsa qualità dove in mezza pensione viene conteggiata l'acqua a parte nella cena, colazione scarsa e se chiedi un secondo caffè ti chiedono di pagarlo a parte Insomma un esperienza da non ripetere ma assolutamente da non consigliare! Le foto pubblicate nei siti di vendita del servizio sono non uguali alla realtà!

The hotel is very old also not same as photos which they put on website .the rooms are not big and comfortable ...the staffs are very gentilmen and helpfully ...not to much alternatives at the breakfast
