Abbiamo fatto un addio al nubilato in questo hotel. È stato tutto perfetto. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più, oltre alla cura e pulizia della location, è stata la grandissima gentilezza e simpatia del personale. I trattamenti sono stati davvero piacevoli e ci siamo sentite coccolate. Spero di tornare presto!

Secondo soggiorno in questo centro benessere e hotel,confermano le aspettative anche a distanza di anni. Bagno turco e piscine ben gestite da personale attento e cortese. Nota di merito,con stupore e piacere da parte mia,al ragazzo in reception,che notando fosse il mio compleanno si è permesso di inviarmi in camera una bottiglia di spumante in omaggio per festeggiare. La cortesia di questo ragazzo non finisce con la fine del turno lavorativo,perché vedendoci ad un bar poco distante dalla struttura,se pur non avendolo visto,ci ha riconosciuto e ci ha cordialmente salutato e augurato una buona serata. I miei complimenti a tutto lo staff e alla gestione di questa struttura

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalle offerte dell'hotel Adua, di cui però non abbiamo usufruito per motivi che ci avevano spinto al viaggio stesso. Inoltre ci hanno colpito la cortesia del personale adibito alla ricezione e alla zona colazione, oltre alla qualità e alla varietà di quest'ultima. Bravi.

Hotel molto molto bello. Personale super gentile dall'accoglienza, al ristorante alle camere ed all Spa. Camere molto bene curare, pulite, ottimo gusto negli arredi. La Spa una vera goduria, Total relax. Cibo ottimo e abbondante. Da tornare molto presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti, in mezza pensione, per Pasqua 2024. La struttura è posizionata in pieno centro, moderna e dagli spazi comune ampi e curati. Alla reception tutti sono stati gentili e sorridenti durante i tre giorni trascorsi. La piscina riscaldata è grande e la temperatura dell'acqua ideale. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una grande vasca idromassaggio e la Spa. Colazione e cena meritano una menzione a parte: ampia scelta al mattino e cene gustose e ricercate, con un occhio al territorio. Il tutto servito in un' ampia e comoda sala. Un ringraziamento particolare alla sempre disponibile e gentile Ilenia, in sala ristorante. Essendo in 4, due adulti e due bambini, ci è stata assegnata una camera con due letti matrimoniali...unica pecca del soggiorno: dimensioni del bagno non da 4 stelle e anche la camera non era proprio moderna. In sintesi, un' ottima esperienza ed una struttura da consigliare sicuramente.

Ottimo il soggiorno in questo hotel, sono rimasta veramente contenta. Il personale è super gentile, tutti, dalle signore delle camere al personale della spa. Colazione superlativa, non mancava nulla. Hotel in centro con un parcheggio privato disponibile a 5 mn a piedi, tranquillità assicurata. Un grazie a tutti!

Un hotel veramente unico, dotato di tutti i comfort e anche di zona SPA con acqua termale di Montecatini e innumerevoli servizi benessere quali massaggi e trattamenti estetici. Oltre alla camera spaziosa abbiamo apprezzato la hall, arredata con stile e dotata di divani comodi. Colazione ricchissima e, a cena, ristorante con proposte gustose e genuine. Il titolare e i collaboratori sono come una grande famiglia e questo crea un ambiente accogliente e rilassante.

La cortesia del personale sia alla reception che alle colazione è eccellente. La colazione stessa presenta molte varietà di alimenti che vengono prontamente riforniti. Stanza bellissima, ci è stato fatto l'upgrade gratuito. Peccato non esserci goduti più a lungo i servizi dell'hotel.
