Hotel Rinascimento

Hi everyone, I went on a school trip and returned yesterday from a four day stay in this hotel. let's start from the room, nice but with a bathroom so small and badly arranged, that doing the bitet was impossible. overall the room was clean, but the pillows were really uncomfortable and thin; also the wardrobe didn't close. we didn't interact much with the staff, but on April 18th (it was very cold in Montecatini) we were all locked out, because the owner, I presume, had locked the main door of the hotel. we waited 30 minutes and the man who finally opened the door didn't even apologize. the meals are terrible, really bad (I attach photos of a second course that they brought us for dinner). often the meat was not cooked, but rather raw and the pasta without salt and too al dente. the waitresses served everything with badly tied and often dirty hair. Hair was found in a plate of pasta. I don't recommend it to anyone and I would definitely never go back.

We stayed with the football team my son is part of, the structure itself is good overall, we are still talking about a 3 star, certainly in need of improvement and modernization in the structure. The staff is welcoming and available to accommodate any requests, partly family-run management, they make you feel at home. Mrs. Vanessa and Mr. Endrio are always available and courteous. Terrible food (we had dinner two nights), decent breakfast after not having eaten anything for the two nights we stayed overnight. Sufficient hygiene. Uncomfortable beds and low, thin pillows. Narrow room (double) especially the bathroom. Welcoming staff but the structure (especially the food) almost entirely needs improvement.

Clean family-run hotel with friendly and always available staff. We stayed over the Easter weekend for a football tournament, and the structure has ALWAYS been very willing to wait for us ... Food of good quality and in abundance. Recommended Pietro Indino Virtus football

The word "hygiene" does not exist in that hotel, dirty beds, bathrooms with an unpleasant smell and the food was bad, inedible. I was disappointed because I expected something much better. It really upset me

Good evening Director, I am writing to you in order to conclude the controversy regarding our stay. I have never refused to give her my details to invoice me for the wine, in fact she is the one who, as a hotel, does not have a cash register. I appeal to you that lunch on the day of arrival is pasta with tomato which my daughter makes better, water, bread, €12 per person. Have any documents been issued for payment? Believe me, don't be a bully or rude, make a mea culpa and try to improve your hotel because the three stars are too many but it's not your fault, it's the fault of those who should control and safeguard consumers. Hotel not to be recommended, old and tacky environment, basic rooms with very small spaces especially the bathroom, narrow and dated. Poor cleaning. Poor food with little variety of choice.
