Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e camere con tutto quello che serve. Con 3 euro si parcheggia tutto il giorno in qualsiasi spazio blu nei dintorni. Abbiamo anche cenato e ci siamo trovati bene anche su quello.

Decent rooms. Good shower, beds were okay, working air-conditioning. Food was okay. Nice view out of window and balcony. Word of warning though, if you're using the bidet, don't put it on full blast or anywhere near the hot side of the tap. - had a near death experience there😬. Also, don't exceed the 4 person lift rule.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per una gara sportiva di mio figlio. Struttura pulita, colazione abbondante con molta scelta (almeno 3/4 dolci che sembravano fatti in casa) e anche per la cena che era compresa nella nostra mezza pensione niente da eccepire, MA non abbiamo quasi chiuso occhio: materasso veramente troppo morbido e cuscino alto e durissimo, a cui si aggiunge il fatto che le finestre non avevano tende oscuranti ne tapparelle...peccato!

Nella struttura, sicuramente non di ultima generazione, ci sarebbero parecchie cosette da sistemare ( ante armadi/box doccia) per chi ha spirito di adattamento va bene. Lenzuola e corredo bagno puliti La nostra visita è stata per un Torneo di calcio con ragazzi di 12 anni. Comunque da apprezzare la disponibilità del sig. Maurizio, disponibile già telefonicamente prima dell’arrivo per darci info in merito al parcheggio, e la Sig. Barbara che hanno cercato di trovare una soluzione ai problemi comunicati.

Sono stata male durante la notte e sono dovuta scendere a prendere delle medicine in macchina alle due di notte. Per un albergo a tre piani con non so quante camere, non c’era nessuno alla reception. Sono rimasta chiusa fuori dalle due alle 4.30 di notte (2 ore e mezza) perché nessuno mi rispondeva al citofono o al telefono. La mattina, quando ho raccontato l’episodio, mi è stata fatta pagare la tariffa piena senza neanche un euro di sconto. Personale pessimo.

L’hotel è da battaglia, camere sporche, tendina della doccia ammuffita e lampadina che illumina la stanza a intermittenza tipo film horror, ma per quel che si paga ci può anche stare. La cosa ignobile è che la notte non è attivo il servizio di portineria, ovviamente al check-in nessuno lo specifica, e la mia compagna è rimasta chiusa fuori dalle 2 alle 4. È presente un numero da chiamare, a cui ovviamente non risponde nessuno. Il mattino successivo, nel momento in cui abbiamo fatto presente questo assurdo disservizio ci sono state farfugliate scuse patetiche, tipo che il portiere pensava stessero tutti dormendo. A Montecatini pare ci siano più alberghi che persone, in qualsiasi caso, sceglietene un altro.

Camere al massimo doppie fatte diventare triple o quadruple, lenzuola sporche che non saranno mai cambiate, questa è ciò che vi aspetta se decidete di andare in questo hotel di Montecatino. Per quanto riguarda il cibo possiamo dire che era stato comprato al supermercato, scongelato, mal cucinato e servito da camerieri che non avevano idea degli ingredienti all'interno dei cibi (grande problema, considerando l'allergia di svariati di noi). Alla colazione neanche bastava il succo di frutta, considerando che per più di 50 persone era disponibile una sola bottiglia. La polvere regnava sovrana nelle camere e c'erano coperte di lana (a maggio). Se non volete brutte sorprese vi consigliamo di controllare bene le lenzuola. In più due dei quattro "letti" erano brandine sfondate! Insomma... Se decidete di andare a Montecatino non andate in questo hotel. ❤️🦧
