Non è un 5 stelle. Camera con polvere sulla testata del letto, sui quadri e battiscopa. Letto senza coprimaterasso, inaccettabile anche in un b&b figuriamoci in un 5 stelle. Set da bagno scarno, no crema, no spazzolino ne dentifricio! Guardaroba minuscolo. Balcone con feci di piccione e sporco. Spa senza personale, ho dovuto chiamare la reception con il mio telefono per far venire qualcuno a far ripartire il bagno turco. Tra l altro personale Spa poco educato e alquanto scocciato. I getti della piscina in buona parte non funzionanti. Nessuno che sia venuto a prenderci la valigia ne quando siamo arrivati ne quando sia andati via. Colazione da 3 stelle. A mio parere un discreto hotel per viaggi di lavoro ma nulla di più. Non lo consiglio

Dovevamo trovare una nostra cara amica e cercando su boocking hotel che accettassero cani nel hotel , abbiamo trovato questa favola … ottima qualità sempre con il sorriso … molto educati , mi sono trovata molto ma molto bene , come a casa .. vi consiglio vivacemente che se dovete andare a Montecatini fermatevi qui che vi troverete a vostro agio … Top Top Top Spero in un arrivederci

Dopo un periodo di lavoro intenso ho prenotato un soggiorno di 4 giorni al Palace di Montecatini.la scelta si é avverata la migliore ,Hôtel di standing con una spa curata e rilassante personale gentile e professionale (un grazie particolare à Nadisha al servizio nella sala colazioni) Quando ripasserô in zona non avrô piû bisogno di cercare un hotel sarà sicuramente il Palace P.s. Rapporto qualità prezzo Ottimo

Hotel stupendo, siamo stati nella double superior ed era un sogno, un attimo di relax alla spa, pure molto intima, ed approfittato per un bel massaggio Ayurveda. Colazione ben fornita e grande scelta, suggerisco un attimo di relax per chiunque.

Hotel comodo nel centro di Montecatini. Camere accoglienti e pulite. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una suite superior molto carina. Colazione ottima e abbondante con prodotti freschi. Una nota di merito particolare, oltre che al personale tutto, alla ragazza della reception che se non sbaglio si chiama Carmela. Gentilissima, sempre con il sorriso e dispensatrice di ottimi consigli. L'hotel purtroppo non è dotato di un parcheggio privato ma comodo il voucher ad un prezzo più che soddisfacente, con il quale si può posteggiare sia in tutto il centro di Montecatini sia a Montecatini alta.

Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole. Camera bella, ma poco pulita a mio avviso. Personale gentile e disponibile, un ringraziamento soprattutto a Vittoria alla Reception, gentilissima e molto professionale. Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi. SPA un pò affollata. unica pecca: quando si esce dalla SPA si passa davanti alla Reception per poter tornare nella propria camera e probabilmente l'impianto di riscaldamento non funziona, quindi si congela. Non un 5 stelle comunque.
