What can I say 🤷🏼 ♀️
impeccable service, they pamper me by making me find gluten-free bread and sweets on the table in the morning. The kitchen is fabulous. Clean rooms and very nice spa ... I treated myself to the Greco-Roman massage several times (I think it's called that) .. and I came out regenerated .. I definitely recommend it to everyone !!!

Hotel is simple but very clean and cozy, the location is close to the train station and the city center, typical Italian food, bicycle for guests and the highlight of the accommodation are the staff, who treat us like a big family! The bucolic city with delicious restaurants, I come back more often!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel, in cui siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla gentilezza di Riccardo alla reception, e dall'intimità degli spazi in Spa. Cena e colazione migliorabili, ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti dal soggiorno rilassante e dal calore con cui siamo stati accolti.

Esperienza estremamente positiva, ho prenotato tramite smartbox e devo ammettere di essere molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno. Hotel molto carino, personale super disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo anche usufruito dell’area spa e ci hanno permesso di fare il check out due ore più tardi rispetto all’orario previsto per fare una doccia con calma dopo il servizio spa. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente le città limitrofe come Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia e volendo anche Firenze. Ci ritorneremo!

Una cena deludente contorno di purè che sapeva di vecchio cannelloni acidi per nn parlare della camera con 2 cm di polvera nel bagno l acqua usciva a filo .quando l abbiamo fatto presente ci e stato detto che nessuno si e mai lamentato...ma a vedere le coppie che avevano la stessa cena e che nn mangiavano ..lui rispose che era questione di gusto il giorno dopo x colazione la cameriera ci dissi che aveva assaggiata il purè e che effettivamente era cattivo ..a colazione duciamo che andava bene anche se era veramente povero come buffet ma era buono

La cena in Hotel deludente! Pasta dura, contorni di verdure crudo e infine dessert che voleva essere una panna cotta ma nella realtà era un budino! Reception gestita in modo pessimo! La signora non sapeva che numero di stanza avessimo! Prenotato la spa e ci dicono che non c’era posto… Deludente e soldi buttati

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché risultava tra le strutture disponibili dove utilizzare la smartbox e guardando le foto sul loro sito sembrava molto bello e accogliente, invece purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene. Quando ci hanno accompagnato in camera siamo rimasti davvero delusi, c'era della muffa in una parete, dei capelli nel letto, non funzionavano né il riscaldamento né il mini frigo e la struttura risultava molto buia e datata. La moquette lungo le scale e nei corridoi era tutta macchiata. Parlando con il responsabile abbiamo chiesto una camera diversa e si è alterato dicendo di aver vissuto 2anni in quella camera e che se non era di nostro gusto non sapeva cosa farci, poi parlandogli della pulizia si è deciso a farci vedere una camera diversa, simile a una di quelle nelle immagini del sito. Ci siamo spostati in questa camera, ma guardando bene la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: la testiera del letto era tutta macchiata, c'erano delle ragnatele, muffa nel bagno, il termoarredo era tutto arrugginito e scrostato. Ci vorrebbe fatta della manutenzione e andrebbe curata la pulizia delle stanze. Siamo stati nella SpA dell'Hotel, piccola ma accogliente e pulita, con personale gentile e attento. Posizione vicino al centro. Sicuramente non torneremo in questa struttura.
