The best thing about the hotel, its location, perfect for getting to know Tuscany, and in Montecatini, very close to the thermal baths and the funicular. Highly recommended visits. Also the team, very pleasant and attentive, especially Ursula, her kindness and sympathy captivated us. The correct rooms, with classic, very basic decoration, but very comfortable mattresses, something that is appreciated after walking all day. The worst, and that's why I lowered the score for the food quite a bit. Breakfast . Painful. In six days I haven't seen a single piece of fruit. Not the first. Nothing, something quite surprising really. The coffee machine failed and the juices were of very low quality even though they were artificial. Being in Tuscany and the bread is tasteless, the pasta is like the one I make at home or worse...it has no name. Neither antipasti, nor a piece of pizza, and on the special appetizer day a slice of ham, another of salami and another of loin with a slice of cheese that they serve on your plate. I understand that it is a hotel for groups and excursions, especially those who are going to get to know the area, but a little love in the food would have made our trip close to perfection. My advice is that if you stay at this hotel, take only accommodation.
