TERRIBLE!!! we were traumatized by this hotel. rooms dilapidated, old and dirty, I would not recommend it to anyone. little care and cleaning!!! we will never go back again.

The courtesy of the receptionist was the only thing that was good. Unfortunately I found myself in a room full of live bugs, dirty carpet, broken phone to contact reception. In fact I had to call personally with my cell. The receptionist apologized and quickly changed my room. The situation has improved slightly but unfortunately still the usual bed bug and cobwebs on the sides near the bed. We need a proper disinfestation and a better cleaning and hygiene of the room. Unfortunately breakfast was not included in the rate but that was my mistake, never mind. Mino fridge absent in the room. It's a shame because the place is nice, the view is great. But the rest leaves a lot to be desired.
