terrible experience. rude staff, inedible food with pieces of iron inside. the rooms are small, the windows barely open and the bed was very uncomfortable with dirty sheets full of dust. Because of this we woke up in the morning with lots of pinches from dust mites. Water was not available and one room was flooded. DON'T GO!!!

We only stayed for 1 night, the staff was very kind and the room had every comfort. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely return for work purposes or for holidays because it was a fantastic and relaxing experience.

hotel da film horror, camere vecchie e prive di igiene, letti, pavimenti, docce e bidet pieni di capelli. finestre vecchie e bloccate. appena entrate in camera abbiamo trovato un invasione di mosche e tappeti sporchi. le mie amiche nella loro camera hanno trovato fazzoletti, lenzuola, muri e doccia pieni di sangue. una volta usciti dalla stanza era facile perdersi. in giornata mentre noi eravamo a visitare la città, tronando la sera in hotel abbiamo trovato le porte delle stanze aperte, non abbiamo trovato i soldi che avevamo lasciato nelle valigie. cibo indescrivibile un esempio puo essere la colazione cioccolata calda mi piacerebbe chiamarla cosi ma era semplice acqua lorda e in piu la durata del servizio troppo lunga. mancanza di rispetto per gli allogiatori perche hanno approvato un festino a pagamento. odore molto sgradevole. in una stanza c’era una finestra del bagno affacciata sul corridoio. lo staff maleducato girandosi in modo gradevole giustificandosi alle lamentele dei clienti esclamando “e un hotel a 3 stelle, cosa pretende?!” hotel altamente sconsigliato.

Truly excellent experience. Hotel very close to the center and the park. Spacious and bright room with pool view. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Very close to the Redi spa and the Tettuccio spa. Courteous and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

Hotel in an excellent location for families with children. Very close to the Termeland playground, a real blast for children with all kinds of inflatables. Close to the center and the Redi spa where you can spend a relaxing day in the thermal pool. Spacious and clean room. It also has a swimming pool. Rich and excellent breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Definitely worth returning.

I gave one star because there was a flood and we couldn't sleep and above all when we could sleep we were bitten by mites. I don't recommend this hotel. Both for the terrible order and for the lack of cleaning in the rooms.

Excellent structure, well located, clean, comfortable and well furnished rooms. Good breakfast to start the day in the best way. The staff proved to be professional and very kind, providing an excellent welcome. I think I'll come back.
