S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Hotel

1. Located on the northwest side of Montego Bay, this hotel is very close to Doctor's Cave Beach (they share the same beach) and is one of the best hotels in the area. 2. The bathroom is exceptionally large, taking up about half of the room's total area, which is quite rare. 3. We had to book this hotel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and needed to change our pickup location for a local tour. A lady from the concierge team (apologies, I didn't catch her name) spent almost two hours helping us coordinate and communicate, ensuring our itinerary wasn't disrupted. 4. As an all-inclusive hotel, although there aren't many restaurants, the quality is superb and faultless. 5. My only suggestion: Instead of making guests sign a 'smoking fine commitment letter,' there could be a more comfortable solution for them.

Some of the hotel rooms were quite nice, while others were just average. The front desk staff's attitude needs improvement; they didn't seem to understand guests' requests. Bellboy, on the other hand, was quite service-oriented. For an all-inclusive hotel, the food wasn't particularly plentiful for the price, mainly because the seafood restaurant we went to was closed both times. The service at the Jamaican restaurant wasn't very friendly either. The bartenders didn't seem to like opening new bottles; is there a daily limit? Then it's not really all-you-can-drink; they should have clearly marked the number of drinks allowed beforehand. The coffee shop is open 24 hours, which is really great. The swimming pool is also open 24 hours, which is rare.

The location is great and the hotel service is excellent. The hotel is small but very comfortable!
