Deja Resort All Inclusive

It was amazing from beginning to end. Endless different food,and the drinks are strong, strong. Staff was awesome, from room cleaners to managers, everyone had a smile and more than willing to help!! Except the cook promised us **** chicken 2 nights in a row,we didn't get it,but he was cute so I'll allow it..lol God spares life,I'll be back next year

Location is great … the hotel is a bit disappointed… house keeping always forgetting putting toilet tissues … diff check and refill the Beth soap shampoo & conditioner until we request it….

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The location is in the heart of various tourist attractions and across the street with access to the famous Doctors Cave Beach. The parking was very odd if you have your own transportation do I park acrossthe the street in one ofthe hotel guests designated spots. The is no elevator which the staff took some of our bags up to the second floor. The amenities were accommodating to the small size of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were more of a traditional look but still meat our needs. THE FOOD!! The best part was the FOOD. Every meal was delicious with enough options to choose from. I would recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

The entire staff was awesome. Nelli, Rashaun. The food was authentic and amazing. Comfortable clean rooms. I found a new favorite resort in Montego.

I did not spend much time at the resort but my kids had a grand time. For a small resort, the food options were good and the quality was good. The room was comfortable and the drinks were good as well

It was a good experience. The only thing I didn’t like is that it is on the Richie road side.

Best Hotel I’ve stayed at in mobay. The staff are amazing and so is the food. Perfect for solo travellers. I have stayed here on two occasions and both never disappointed

Easy check and out along with parking and beach access, along with great Jamaican cuisine and delicious cocktails

There was no one there to pick us up from the airport even though I called the day before and was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived at Sangster Airport and waited at Column A, but no one came. We even tried to contact the hotel, but could not get through. In the end we had to make our own way to the hotel from the airport after 8.30pm at night. This is unacceptable. The room we had was near the top and there was no lift. There were plenty of stairs which was not acceptable as are both in our late 60s. If I had known this was the case, I would have not booked this hotel. The staff were nice, but the hotel needs a re-vamp.
