Si nota subito la presenza della proprietà nella gestione di questo grande albergo in cui , malgrado i tanti ambienti e il gran numero di ospiti, l’organizzazione e la pulizia non vengono mai meno. Zona terme molto ampia con tantissimi spazi in modo che anche col brutto tempo non ci si da noia un con l’altro. Altissima frequentazione di stranieri x i quali viene offerta una ristorazione copiosa e di livello. Per esperienza diretta faccio un plauso al personale di sala e di cucina, che è stato attentissimo ai nostri problemi alimentari. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio.

Hôtel impeccable, tant pour la partie spa que pour les chambres et suite. La nourriture? Excellente! Le service: irréprochable grâce à Laura - qui fait les meilleurs capuccini d'Italie - Pierluigi, Stefano et les autres. Katia et ses collègues veillent à la propreté des lieux. Merci à tous.

Quattro stelle superior? Scherziamo? Il livello del servizio potrebbe essere quello di una pensione 2 stelle della banlieu. Scarsa igiene: tovaglie macchiate, posate mancanti, personale al minimo, polvere e soprattutto CIMICI. Cimici nelle stanze, nel letto, nei corridoi...un'invasione! Alla reception ti rispondono che è normale avere cimici in inverno...Scherzate? In Francia, qualche piccolo albergo della periferia ha le piccole cimici, ma queste qui sono grandi come scarafaggi! Uno schifo. Poi la qualità del cibo è modesta, anche se in cucina cercano si mascherarlo. Il buffet ....se arrivi all'una non trovi più nulla. Nelle piscine non trovi mai il bagnino di mattina. Le camere sono arredate con modesti mobili tipo Ikea (4 stelle superior??). Al momento del conto, ti addebitano consumazioni mai ordinate. Impossibile parlare con il direttore che si avvista raramente nell'hotel e sempre con un'aria infastitida. Tutto fumo e niente stelle.

Sono stato ospite presso questo hotel per uno Spa Day, con camera d’appoggio. L’esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. Camera molto carina e pulita. Piscine belle e zona spa molto valida, le saune, docce emozionali e bagno turco rispettano delle fasce orarie. Unica nota, forse dolente, il bistrot, che contiene un menù abbastanza ristretto solo con insalate, piadine e qualche piatto e con pane industriale, rivedrei solo questo aspetto trovandoci pur sempre in un hotel 4S. Nel complesso un giudizio buono, prezzi nella media di Montegrotto Terme, lo consiglio.

Posto curato e personale efficiente. Qualità - prezzo tra i migliori. Ristorazione al primo posto tra tutti i posti dove sono stata precedentemente. Ti fanno sentire come a casa senza invadenza. Pulito,curato. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
