El hospedaje es rural, agradable, destaco la amabilidad de todos sus empleados. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Delicioso el jacuzzi para descansar luego de una larga jornada en el Parque del Café. A propósito, en auto está a tan solo 3 minutos. El desayuno es delicioso y tomarlo al aire libre es una experiencia sensacional pues sientes el aire puro y el cantar de los pajaritos en todo su esplendor. Por mejorar: toallas rotas y desgastas por el cloro. Debajo de los colchones se ve un tipo de relleno gris algo desagradable. Aseo y fumigación frente a las habitaciones pues hay bastantes insectos.

Fantastic experience, the local is very calm. Ideal for a family time - we felt at home. Everyone was very friendly and always ready to help. The facilities are amazing and very well taken care of. The finca is very well located, nearby atractions and located strategically to visit Eje Cafetero. I recommend to everyone looking for a calm place to explore Eje Cafetero

Pagamos $1680.000 por 2 días(6 adultos y 3 niños) , y por 3 cervezas y "disque" 3 tintos, que debían estar incluidos en el desayuno nos cobraron $74500. El administrador grosero y gamin nos llamó al siguiente día de haber salido de ese sitio y nos informó que debíamos un excedente y adicional debíamos pagar el cargo por el banco. Le pregunté qué nos cobraba, si habíamos pagado todo y lo que consumimos nos dijeron que eran $32.000 y sólo atinó a decir que eran 3 cervezas y unos tintos y que en total eran $74.500. Le consignamos los $42.500 adicionales. Aunque el sitio es lindo y los trabajadores son amables. Muy mal servicio y obviamente no hay atención al cliente. ¡No lo recomiendo!

El hotel es muy malo, me cancelaron la reserva que había hecho desde hace 2 meses, y no me dieron explicaciones, es una falta de respeto con el cliente, no reserven allá, cancelan las reservas y me imagino lo alquilan al mejor postor, son unos canallas.

Con excepción de Juan, el mayordomo, nos fue bastante mal. No había internet y nunca lo arreglaron; con lo relacionado a la cocina, pésimo.No tenían prácticamente nada. La “Trucha gratinada” era un pedazo medio congelado de trucha reseca con 3 lonchas de un queso viejo; muy mal servicio de comedor y la cocinera que también es quien lava los baños, increíblemente grosera, incumplida y déspota. A la salida, no había a quien pagarle el saldo. Habíamos avisado que nos venían a recoger a las 8:00 am y que nos tuvieran lista la cuenta.Nos hicieron esperar 2 horas hasta que finalmente llegó el encargado quien se demoró otra hora tratando de que el computador le funcionara y diciendo “de aquí no pueden salir hasta que paguen”! Así perdimos 3 horas con un UBER esperándonos. Jamás volveré.
