El señor del bar es grosero, no hace respetar los turnos del jacuzzi y a unas personas les pide el gorro de baño y otras no. El internet es de muy mala calidad y ni siquiera hay servicio de televisión por cable ni aire acondicionado. Malísima experiencia

El hotel es hermoso, bastante sencillo pero acogedor. Es preferible hosped**** allí si llevas transporte propio, porque se deben caminar 2 kilómetros hasta la carretera principal, o pedir un servicio de taxi desde el pueblo (Armenia) que está a 25 minutos. Por tanto, el servicio es costoso. El hotel no ofrece facilidad de transporte... La comida en el hotel, en general.es buena. Sin embargo, pedí para merendar una salchi papá, y no traía ni sal, no exagero. Era la salchicha y la papa frita, aún ningún tipo de aderezo, aunque me habían dicho que traía queso, pero no, venia simple por completo. Así que ya saben qué no pedir allí. Si están en el hotel, deben caminar por las zonas de árboles frutales, pueden comer todo lo que quieran, esa me pareció la mejor experiencia de todas. ¡Éxitos en sus vacaciones!
