Clean hotel, friendly welcome. Our room was on the ground floor where there is the swimming pool and I think also the spa. I would just like to point out that the temperature in the room was 24.5 degrees, we were unable to lower it and as there is a mini bar at least put a couple of half liter bottles of water in it; I understand that the mattress should last you but it felt like we were sleeping on a board, restaurant with good quality but expensive. We appreciated the garage, we were on motorbikes and that brought us to this hotel but we won't be returning

Excellent structure, large free parking, friendly and welcoming staff. Fairly large rooms with a nice usable balcony. A nice pool and a nice spa that can be used by paying extra. There is also a restaurant where you can have just breakfast or also lunch and dinner

A nice hotel in a strategic position, right near Montepulciano. The swimming pool is small but allows you to spend a peaceful afternoon with the whole family. There is also a SPA, but we didn't try it, maybe next time. In the evening we ate at the restaurant and it was a pleasant discovery!!! Excellent food!! The owner, a refined and distinguished person, expertly explained each dish to us... the icing on the cake was our son's birthday and the the entire staff came with sweet music and candles to sing happy birthday!! In the morning a complete sweet and savory breakfast awaits you... what more could you ask for! We spent a wonderful weekend thanks to all of you! Your kindness made us happy conquered! Overall a good stay, the Spa and the soundproofing of the rooms need to be reviewed and if you have the misfortune of being near other noisy guests you won't be able to sleep. The plasma television is small and very far from the bed, unusable. The restaurant is excellent. Friendly staff and owner attentive to customer needs and critical issues.

What can I say, it exceeded our expectations, excellent in everything, from the proximity to Montepulciano, from the super friendly and nice staff, we immediately felt at home, we stayed for two nights and ate for two dinners, delicious food! While for the breakfast there is a complete buffet, with all freshly made food and very few industrial products, both sweet and savory breakfast. And on the part of the staff, a lot of attention was paid to continuously monitoring the replacement of the buffet. Excellent choice for both breakfast and dinner with light and background music. We made use of the spa and massage. Everything perfect, super comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, the only negative note goes to the tub which had signs of rust, that needs to be reviewed. We will definitely be back! Thank you ♥️
