Not a pleasant memory. Sorry to say, as the place seems nice as far as the house and location goes. But the problem is that the owner's communication skills needs some serious work. So we went there to take three rooms with our small group of friends. As we arrived there was a guy behind the counter who we greeted and he said that we should wait outside until owner arrives. So we did. After a while there were more people coming and after a 15-20 min waiting they either got their rooms or just left. Time went by, but nobody came to ask us what are we waiting for. So we left. Not a problem. I wrote a reply to the owner on their google site and what followed was unbelievable, owner didn't even ask what the problem was, but just started to insult my family as I was raised bad and didn't get enough education from my parents, that is why I can't wait like 'civilized' people and so on. The rant was funny to read, but the owner seems mentally non-stable so I hope they get the medical help they need. Until then I would avoid the place.

We stayed in this property for one night and the positive aspects are strategic location for visiting Montepulciano and its surroundings, surrounded by panoramic greenery, ample parking, some covered "if there is room left", spacious bedroom and bathroom, breakfast in the room, magnetic key, guys at the reception friendly. Mind you the negative aspects are the structures and room not exactly fresh 80's style, very hard bed with non-existent pillows even though they are thin, bedroom not soundproofed, you can easily hear the conversations of nearby guests, which inevitably made us sleep badly!! lack of shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper roll, only two bars of hand soap were present (asked reception to replenish them) very poor hair dryer, limited breakfast in the room which I understand eco sustainability but at least the cappuccino would be appreciated not from the vending machine, swimming pool and tennis court in a state of dilapidation (perhaps due to the period). I hope that this review can be useful not only for those who decide to stay there but above all constructive for the management of the structure to be improved.

Hotel located in a beautiful and panoramic place where I imagine summer then enjoying the silence surrounded by greenery. Guy at the reception very helpful. Too bad the cleaning in the room was not sufficient. Cobwebs in sight then a general feeling of poor cleanliness... Pillows in the room bed with little padding and uncomfortable mattress. But really uncomfortable. The soundproofing between the rooms is practically lacking. We also didn't like the breakfast brought on a tray. I don't understand this choice. Too bad...

After an initial skepticism due to the absence of staff (access with codes), my friends and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel nestled in a well-kept park. Spacious, very clean rooms and bathrooms, breakfast in the room (Italian style) absolutely satisfactory Ideal location for visiting a beautiful piece of Tuscany. Excellent price-quality ratio.
