Not a pleasant memory. Sorry to say, as the place seems nice as far as the house and location goes. But the problem is that the owner's communication skills needs some serious work. So we went there to take three rooms with our small group of friends. As we arrived there was a guy behind the counter who we greeted and he said that we should wait outside until owner arrives. So we did. After a while there were more people coming and after a 15-20 min waiting they either got their rooms or just left. Time went by, but nobody came to ask us what are we waiting for. So we left. Not a problem. I wrote a reply to the owner on their google site and what followed was unbelievable, owner didn't even ask what the problem was, but just started to insult my family as I was raised bad and didn't get enough education from my parents, that is why I can't wait like 'civilized' people and so on. The rant was funny to read, but the owner seems mentally non-stable so I hope they get the medical help they need. Until then I would avoid the place.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte e gli aspetti positivi sono posizione strategia per visitare Montepulciano e dintorni, immerso nel verde panoramico, ampio parcheggio alcuni coperti “se rimane posto”, camera da letto e bagno spaziosi colazione in camera, chiave magnetica, ragazzi della reception cordiali. Mente gli aspetti negativi sono strutture e camera non proprio fresca stile anni 80, letto molto duro con cuscini inesistenti per quanto sono sottili, camera da letto non insonorizzata, si sentono tranquillamente le conversazioni dei ospiti vicini, che inevitabilmente ci hanno fatto riposare male!! mancanza di gel per la doccia shampoo e di rotolo della carta igienica erano presente solo due saponette per le mani (chiesto alla reception di reintegrarli) asciuga capelli molto scarso, colazione in camera limitata che capisco l’eco sostenibilità ma almeno il cappuccino sarebbe gradito non dal distributore automatico, piscina e campo da tennis in stato di fatiscenza (forse per il periodo). Spero che questa recensione possa essere utile non solo per chi decida di soggiornare al suo interno ma soprattutto costruttiva per la gestione della struttura da migliorare.

Hotel situato in un posto bellissimo e panoramicò dove immagino l’estate poi goderti il silenzio circondato dal verde.Ragazzo al reception molto disponibile.Peccato che la pulizia in camera non era sufficiente.Ragnatele in vista poi una sensazione generale di scarsa pulizia…Cuscini del letto poco imbottì e materasso scomodo.Ma scomodo proprio.l insonorizzazione tra le camere praticamente mancane. Non pie è piaciuta anche la colazione portata in vassoio. Non capisco questa scelta.Peccato …

Dopo un iniziale scetticismo per l'assenza di personale,(accesso con codici)con i miei amici siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questo hotel immerso in un parco curatissimo.Camere e bagni ampi,pulitissimi,colazione in camera(all'italiana) assolutamente soddisfacente.Posizione ideale per visitare un bel pezzo della Toscana.Rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo.
